I have limited mobility issues. And everyone - and I mean "everyone" - here went out of their way to assist me. From the guy at the front desk that arranged for us to arrive early and avoid having to wait in the check-in lines, the kind lady that handled the breakfast area and offered to carry my plate back to my room for me, to the girl that did our housekeeping and volunteered to come by each day, even though policy is "every other day," to remake my bed because I pull the sheets off when trying to turn over!! WOW!!!

The mattress could have been a bit more comfortable. But not a problem overall.

The Hotel was replacing all their mattesses and the new mattresses were excellent picks and extremely comfortable.

There wasn't any bacon on the buffet. There wasn't good communication from the manager about when our rooms would be available due to the mattresses replacement but it was well worth the wait. Check in was at 3pm. We were finally allowed into our rooms at 4pm. Parking was also kind of confusing. There isn't enough signs to show where hotel guess can stay. Or information how to safely make it from the garage back to the hotel.

Hotel was very clean and updated with on-site parking.

My only real complaint was the TV service was weird. Several channels repeated and to scroll through channels took twice as long almost every channel was on there twice with the same programing. Also the channels did not match what was on the guide. I traveled with my daughter and there were no Children's channels. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed. I booked this hotel for the location with a pool. It was a rough first day with tears because the pool was closed our entire stay ( prime summer season)

The friendly atmosphere is close to everything. Staff was very welcoming to everyone who came through the door. The breakfast was switched up every day.

It's not on the staff part, but every morning the person that was over room 217, our room, was walking so hard we could hear them every morning, every step they made.

Homewood Suites in Huntsville, Alabama, is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay downtown. The spacious rooms come with a well-equipped kitchen and a big-screen TV, The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

We love the location. The 2 bedroom is our favorite because we have traveled with my mother. This gives all us privacy. We have stayed at this property multiple times

There were no extra blankets and pillows for the couch bed in the rooms. We had to ask for them, which was a little inconvenient, but we did get them. The shower heads need to be updated. They spray in multiple directions and don't move freely. They are covered with Lyme. The shower was not as clean as I would have liked

Property was very nice and convenient. Some maintenance was needed in the room. The safety lock screws were stripped and hanging loose and the refrigerator door was broken. Upon our arrival I feel these things should have been attended to before we stayed.

OMG. We had to book My daughter a room close to the hospital. I explained to the manager what was going on. “Trina” the assistant manager was amazing. She made sure my daughter was taken care of. She was super kind and accommodating. I love outstanding customer service.

I like that this hotel had everything you needed and wanted right there for you. It had restaurants right there close to it. The hospital was right next door to it, and also a Publix grocery store. Inside the hotel room was set up like a apartment. You had your dishwasher, microwave, two glass cook top burners, and regular size refrigerator. This place was awesome. Will stay here again when in Huntsville.

Somewhat of a long want due to parking in garage. Hotel has some parking close but it fills up quick.
