Good shower and supplied soaps. Comfortable bed. Clean carpets.

OVERPRICED PET FEE ! Way too much charged. $100.00 is ridiculous.

Plenty of space to walk our dog in a quiet area behind the building.

At check-in, I mentioned that my husband was outside with my dog and the clerk said OK then handed me the room key, but I don't think the dog comment registered. When my husband walked in with the dog, her eyes widened as she said "Oh, no, no, no" and told me I would have to pay the pet fee. So I did. As I started to walk towards the elevator, she told me I'd have to fill out a form. So I did. When I started to walk away again, she called me back to tell me I'd have to hang a tag on my door. So I walked back to the desk again. Maybe she hadn't checked in many guests with pets, but she seemed very confused about the whole process. So, if you're bringing your pet, know that there's a $100 nonrefundable fee and there's extra paperwork and a door tag to expect at check-in.

Building - hallways - room were all clean. Very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of parking. We slept great.

When I checked in the lady informed me that the pet fee was $100. Okay, would have been nice to know beforehand but that's fine. Then after checking me in she didn't even ask if I had a pet. I told her we did (right thing to do). She didn't tell me when checkout was or that breakfast was $15 extra. The stairmaster in the gym was not operating properly. The button to increase the resistance was not working.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of drawer and cabinet space for an extended stay. The in-room Keurig coffee maker was a plus. Didn't hear any white noise from South Parkway or Martin Rd. Very nice view of Green Mountain from the room. Used the indoor pool, temp was good, towels were available, plenty of seating and restrooms were in the pool area. Very convenient for kids. The lobby area had comfortable seating areas and tables, a fireplace and was very quite.

The staff person who checked us in was a bit rude to us. No smile, no welcome, quick short answers, wasn't willing to assist with difficulty connecting to wifi, kept walking away into another room before we were finished asking a few questions. Noticed they were on their phones alot and didn't notice us walk by a few times. Since we were uncomfortable going back to the front desk, we avoided the them and worked with the nicest people in housekeeping. Seriously, if you have the same experience as we did at the front desk, just go to housekeeping when you see them on your floor. They were so kind and friendly and our very few needs were taken care of. Thumbs up on the housekeeping training!

Very clean and exceptionally maintained. Large room with plenty of outlets for charging multiple items, thoughtful bedside lighting (with small goosenecks each side for reading), fridge, microwave, and coffee. Perfect for our overnight but we had to drive about a half mile for food because we arrived too late for the small restaurant inside. Great breakfast though!

It was amazing. My family and i had booked several rooms. It was for a wedding in our family. We had a pet and needed to check in early for the pet an hour before check-in time. The lady at the front desk was amazing. She got us into a room for the pet and was super nice to us and she felt like family to us.

Breakfast was very good. The cashier/waitress was friendly, detail oriented and made sure we had everything we needed.

I will not book thru booking.com again. I will call directly to the Hilton I want to stay in. Booking.com nights stay was more expensive then if I would have called them directly. I thought by using booking.com it would be cheaper per night. Nope! I loved the Hilton Garden Inn and their staff. My issue is with booking.com and their prices!

Lavish lobby, indoor pool, decent hotel bar and kitchen, pleasant courtyard, wonderfully relaxing art, pleasantly relaxing and elegant decor in the room, good coffee provided in room

Tried to extend my stay for a day and was informed by morning staff that they were booked solid for that floor and was not offered any other options. Had to find a different hotel on the fly for my unexpected extra day.

I was very pleased with the location, cleanliness, QUIETNESS, room layout and comfort.

The only issue was our room was not stocked as expected. There was no soap by the Bathroom sink, no cups for coffee or water, less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper. No directions for operation of the window shade or thermostat .

Its obvious that they cater more to the business travelers. Advertise as Breakfast Included however when you go to the breakfast area you feel as though you are in an upscale restaurant. We had no problem with paying for breakfast. you could get their “continental” for $7.95 which got you what we have had at other hotels as complimentary…eggs, sausage, biscuits, potatoes & gravy. You could do a premium for $10.95 and actually get bacon …made to order omelets etc. The complimentary part of their breakfast was cold cereal and fruit & of course coffee, orange, etc. When my some got his breakfast they were changing out the egg supply so husband went back later to get him some eggs and had to explain twice that they weren’t available when he came through the line.
