Staff was so nice. Had snacks out for folks attending the music festival. So sweet!

The room could use a deep cleaning. Carpet was sticky and pillows were trash. There was no clean up service so we had to track down new pillows and some TP, but the staff was kind. We ended up having to leave early and there was no problem with that.

Very nice room. Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfasts.

We are out of state. Roads confusing at times to get there.

The greeting from the front desk staff when I arrived. The friendly staff. The appearance of the property, well lit parking lot, landscaping, updated decor and clean. In walking distance to Good company cafe- what a gem.

I selected this hotel because of the pool. Pool area was nice. The pool, however, disappointed the pool water had not been tended to, the murky water- is not the sparkling beautiful pool featured in your photos. Please add microwave popcorn to your mini store selections.

Sounded like there was a buzzing in the room. Desk switched me rooms as soon as possible.

Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, and the comfy bed.

Some maintenance suggestions: fix the loose safety handle in the shower/tub, fix the loose t.p. holder under the sink, and the lamps by the elevator are dated (shade retainers are n.g. as the threads are shot and do not tighten and stay fixed). The knob was on the floor presenting a trip hazard.

it was clean and staff were friendly

got a different room than I paid for but it was not a big deal. We were supposed to have a sofa bed but only got a lounge chair. We did not need it anyway

We booked a room with a king size bed but they didn't have any available, the room we had was very nice.
