Didn't see any breakfast. Just coffee. Staff was very helpful when needed. Easy access. Old hotel, but seemed to be maintained pretty well. As clean as most, towels were fresh. Bring your own hair dryer if you need one!

TV sucked, but all hotel TV sucks! It was either Directv or Dish. I also didn't like the highway noise. It wasn't bad late, but started picking up in the morning.

Shockingly surprised. It's an older motel but it was very clean, staff was great. We were there for 3 days on a very busy weekend and they were very helpful, friendly and took care of the guests. I will most definitely stay again.

Only thing missing is a blow dryer and maybe a coffee pot.

The area had too expensive hotels for a week visit. But, I only needed a clean room and place to sleep. This stay was the best for the cost. I stayed here before and was very pleased with the cleanliness and easy access to the car. To add the people were very nice.

It didn’t have a coffee maker.

The young woman, Sarah, is a wonderful front desk person. Super helpful, friendly, and great at her job. Hee bosses should realize what a gem they have working for them.

The bar across the parking lot can be boisterous

It was convenient to travel the whole city. The neighborhood was safe, there was a top notch Japanese restaurant right next door. The beds were very comfortable.

The bed room was a little humid, but not terrible. There were not many places to hang towels or rags.

The location was the best part for me. It was within a 20 minute or less drive for everything I wanted and needed. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Not very many channels to choose from on TV, but since we weren't in our room very much, it's not a huge complaint from me. I got to watch SpongeBob in the mornings so I was fine with that.

The room was clean. The location was convenient for my reason for visiting and nice shops in the area.

Direct TV losing signal but the was the company not the hotel. The staff responded quickly when this happened.

A huge leap forward in the condition of appliances and the cleanliness of the room.

The bed was not supportive at all. While in excellent shape, it was a much-too-soft mattress for me.

As usual great customer service at check-in. My request to stay at specific location was granted. And the courtesy reminder of the time to check out.

Really nothing the only other issue I have is traffic. Nothing can be done about it. Concerning the VIP Inn I enjoyed everything.

convenient to eating and shopping places

I have no complaints but I can make a suggestion…the carport could be wider and take out some of the curbing so that u can get into the parking lot when u turn into the one to the right of the carport. everyone was going over there because the work trucks surrounding the building had the entrance blocked and everyone had to turn around and go back out & back around the backside of the hotel…its just an improvement suggestion
