Beautiful and modern room. I slept like a baby on that comfortable mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is an excellent hotel.

The private safe, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, high-security elevators, large flat-screen tv, black out curtains, room was cooled well

Hotel was clean. Well run. The pump bottles with shampoo, conditioner, and soap were all well stocked. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The car valets deserve a raise. They were especially hard working and pleasant. The location is ideal if you are going to anything at the Von Braun Center.

Stayed in room 514. Everything in the room was nice except the shower. On the shower where the door moves/slides to open and close, was not clean, there was hair and debris on the track where the door slides. The drainage area in the shower was dirty and there was hair floating that came from around the drain. The bottom of the shower began to fill with water over the ankles of our feet because the drain was likely backed up and clogged from dirt, hair, debris from previous occupants.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and seamless and my room was comfortable and nice.

I don't think the desk and nightstands were cleaned before I arrived. There was a dried coffee mark on the desk.

The location, clean facility

You had to pay for parking and I didn't know until I got there. I feel like that should be communicated better.

Enjoyed our "city view" overlooking the park. Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.

Little pricier than I like for a 1 night stay but still enjoyed the our visit. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing! The staff is wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful and friendly!! Our room is huge and very comfortable!! Having a gorgeous view of Big Spring Park is AWESOME! I hope to come here again!!

location and cleanliness

one thing that concerned us about the property was the safety of the doors not being locked from the outside entering the hotel. usually you have to use your room card to enter the building.

The room size was great, and it had food and drinks in the hotel

It was all great do wish there was free parking

Loved the atmosphere. Easy place to stay. Quiet too. Allowed me to check in 3 hours earlier.

The parking lot has to be under construction.
