The staff was awesome. Nice and spacious room.

The shower needs a mat or something slip resistant in it. I slipped twice before falling hard, not even 3 minutes in the shower. I stayed down after that because I did not want to slip/fall again. Showered while on my knees (not easy) and sliding around. Then , I put the wash cloth under my knees, which helped not to slide around. Finish up and crawl out. Humiliated enough. I called the front office to report the situation, and an accident report was taken the next morning. My husband considered calling 911, but did not. I am very sore from falling hard, but okay otherwise. It is very dangerous not to have someone non-slip for the shower or bathtube. Be careful and safe you all.

The location of this hotel, it's cleanliness, and comfortable beds made our stay very enjoyable. It was in close proximity to many of the locations we wanted to see. There were also multiple places nearby to get snacks/food.

The continental breakfast was somewhat lacking. I understand that this service that is provided comes with preparations and possibly obstacles. I just believe it could be executed better. The coffee was underwhelming at best, and the hot item selection could be a little less processed/precooked.

I liked the convenient location, especially since it was close to the US Space & Rocket Center, where I needed to pick up my son from Space Camp. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a cozy bed. The friendly and accommodating staff made my stay even more pleasant, and the complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and parking were all great perks that added to the overall value of the experience.

There wasn't much I didn't like about my stay, but if I had to mention something, it would be that The fitness area was relatively small and lacked a weight station, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room only provided shampoo without conditioner, which would have been an excellent addition. These were minor inconveniences but worth mentioning for future guests.

This Sleep Inn was especially nice and a great value for the money. It felt fresh, extremely clean and very comfortable the four night we were there. The staff was very nice and professional and the gentleman maintaining the breakfast area went way above and beyond to keep it clean and refilled. We don’t normally stay at Choice Hotel properties but I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Ok after looking to several others location this one was by far the best. Breakfast make a big difference when you just want to grab something quick and headed back to your room. SAM the front desk guy was great we got to the hotel a few hours earlier and we were sitting in the lobby but Sam call the maintenance lady to make sure our room was ready asap. Great costumer service.

Hassle free check in and good size room.

Male front desk clerk could smoke a little further away from right at the front entrance. Would’nt let my adult daughter get our room key back because we left items in refrigerator, making me go back. Initially told her it had to be an adult, and when she told him she was, he changed the criterion to where it had to be the person checking in.

Location was good. Staff excellent.

Room had a funky smell and an odor removal machine running. Asked at desk, he was super apologetic acted quickly to remove. Unfortunately the smell stayed behind and his suggestion was to open our first floor window for ventilation. New city, not sure of safety? Not going to open window. Thankfully it didn't stink as bad as Alabama football did Saturday. Go 'dores.

I can only speak about my own room but it was exceptionally clean and the bed was firm with a soft top layer. Check in was easy and the employee working the front desk was very professional and nice to deal with. I also enjoyed their breakfast selection and was glad I did not have to leave to find a hot breakfast meal. I watched another employee working that section the morning of my visit and he was constantly cleaning the area that needed tending to as guests arrived. It was another example of the cleanliness provided to their guests.

I did not have any complaints and would stay there again.

Great location! Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine. This is our second stay here and would definitely recommend!

We only had two bath towels provided and we were staying for two nights. We asked the lady at the front desk for extra and she provided immediately…extremely friendly and polite

Wednesday night stay: Double Queen Room. Completely comfortable, very clean and nice. Thursday night stay: Pull-out bed in King room was not very comfortable and microwave in the room did not work. Fortunately, we were on the first floor when that happened and were able to use the microwave in the breakfast area. Staff was very courteous and as accommodating as possible.
