A nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was yummy.

The location is a little challenging to get to. It's hidden in the back of a office complex & Walmart shopping center. They need more signs directing people towards the hotel.

Breakfast was very nice. The woman running the dining room (Betty?) was so sweet and accommodating. She spoke with all the patrons to make sure they had everything they need.

It was clean and NO PETS!!! The breakfast was great!

Incredible staff. Felt like extended family. We were all hugging on the way out. Every single staff member was kind and gracious . Great location, quiet. Rooms quiet, endless hot water. Very luxe. Fantastic breakfast, so clean and neat. Great gym. Pool was so relaxing, lots of towels and umbrellas. Definitely a must stay again!!! We will be coming back!!!

Everything exceeded our expectations!!!

The cleanliness of this hotel was outstanding. The breakfast was very well thought out and prepared - loved the cinnamon rolls and the "mobile" eggs that we could easily take to eat in our room. Lots of protein choices - thank you! The beds were cloudlike in comfort, and there were choices of both soft and firm pillows. The bathroom was very well arranged and had plenty of room. The front desk staff named Alexis went above and beyond to help me find alternative plug ins as well as local restaurants and activities. Alexis' customer service skills reminded me of our stays in 5-star resorts. She is excellent and very helpful.

For a high-end hotel, it is disappointing that you don't have any USB plug ins in the rooms. Not one! You could easily remedy this with lamps that have a USB plug in, or an alarm clock with USB plug ins. Your hotel is behind the times in this one way.

Breakfast was good except oranges. I can't understand why the quality of fruits is much higher in Walmart than in the hotel, they definitely have to find another supplier. The reception desk is flabby, especially on contrast with the Starbucks cashier I had visited before arrived at the hotel. The cashier was more happy, joyful and welcoming than the reception desk. The sound isolation is weak. I have heard people above my room peeing while I was lying on the bed and all voices from nearby rooms.

Size of room. Sofa seating and coffee table. Both refrigerator and microwave. Wonderful shower!! Quiet. Easy to get to from highway. Enough parking in front of hotel. Temperature of room was warm (even in freezing temps) and even. Heating unit was SO quiet!!

Food was OK. I don't like my eggs as a disc. Bakery was the best section-most variety and choices. No indoor pool.

The breakfast was the best of any of the Holiday Inn & suites I have stayed. The larger pork sausage links and the pancakes.tasted great the bagels where very fresh and soft my husband made a bagel sandwich with the pork sausage links, eggs and cream cheese and he is still saying how great it was, The condition of the rooms and property was great. I just wish the room had usb plug ins. The location for us was not perfect. Since we were on our way to Panama City Beach Fl. But I understand there is not many places to stay off I65S around Huntsville Al which is just a little over half way. Oh the bathtub was very slippery, not good for a older person.

Bath tub slippery. Maybe when they are cleaned they could be wiped down with a dry cloth this mite prevent them from being slippery.

The breakfast was delicious. My family and I loved the variety of foods and the staff was amazing. Our table had some crumbs from the people before us so we wiped it off (no big deal) and a staff member (lady) came over and apologized then cleaned it. We told her it wasn't a big deal since we could tell it had been busy. She was super nice and struck up small conversation. The room was very clean and comfortable as well.

Delicious, location was fine. the choices were great, and much to my surprise the bacon was cooked just right for me. Nice and Crispy.

The only thing missing in the room was there should have been another chair in the room. The chair that was in our room was dirty and stained and the chair really didn’t match the decor of the rest of the room.
