Coffee was very good. Breakfast was just ok.

I was charged a $50 damage deposit that I am supposed to get back. I told front desk person morning of checkout that my wife and I had traveled the entire day that we checked in and went straight to bed and I assured her there was no damage. Her response was that everyone is charged a damage deposit. I told her I had never paid a damage deposit at which time she became a robot and just repeated herself. Our original plan was to stay at Clario on the return trip home but changed plans.

Great bed and bathroom. Very clean and comfy. I liked that I could control the temperature as the weather was horrible and the a/c was freezing when I checked in.

I was in an adjoining room next to family with small baby. The door didn't muffle the crying much. The breakfast on the second morning was barely warm. I'm amazed it didn't make me sick.

Breakfast was great. The dining area was nice and clean. Breakfast was hot and always on time. Fruit was always fresh also several different fruit juices to choose from. I loved that everyone greeted you with a smile and always eager to help. If they didn't have the answer the immediately found the person who had the answer. I absolutely love this hotel.

Prices on the snacks were a little more than I wanted to pay. Still I bought it and enjoyed it. Bath Mats were a little too thin, water was going right through it and caused the floor to be wet.

Had the breakfast for the most part it was good did not care for the sausage but the area was very clean. Staff was friendly and the lobby and room clean.

I guess my only complaint was the heating system. System was very noisy every time it came on causing loss of sleep

Breakfast was nice. Cereals, waffles, muffins, sausage patties, eggs, and bread for toast with variety of jelly. Coffee, juice, and other drinks were available.

I cannot think of anything i didn't like.

Pillows are to small. When it's broke fix it( sink was cracked and water didn't drain good). Air conditioner seemed to be malfunctioning ( had to keep switching from air to heat .

Everything seemed to be in very good shape. The location was nicely out-of-the-way and not noisy. Convenient to I-565 and to Madison Blvd.

Only very small, picky things were problems--squeaky, noisy doors, no TV guide, one of the outlets attached to the desk lamp didn't work. Breakfast could have used a few more selections.

Very nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Early (5am) breakfast that helped our plans. Bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept on in a long time.

The location is excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean and breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

I loved EVERYTHING.

We were on Madison, Al, for a baseball tournament. Our room was very comfortable, very clean. The staff on duty during our stay were extremely knowledgeable and so kind! Very enjoyable experience! Highly recommend the Clarion Pointe Hotel. A definite 10/10 !
