Clean very comfortable

No available bed linen for pull out couch- breakfast cold not appealing- front desk clerk rude about room booked on this site said room wasn’t available and couldn’t refund my money said they could put me in a smaller room that wouldn’t work for 3 adults and 2 children When I told her that wasn’t acceptable all of a sudden a room with my requirements became available ( other than no pillows or bed linen for pull out couch had to get personal blankets from our car and use a pillow off the queen bed)

Everything! I’m usually Loyal to a Hampton Inn, but for the price I decided to give this Holiday Inn Express a try and I’m Sooo glad I did!! The place was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the beds were some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in and the breakfast was delicious!! I will definitely be staying here again when I’m passing through!!

We loved everything!

Staff was wonderful.

Cleanliness was a little under par. We moved the high back chair away from the wall and there was dirt, garbage and a rubber band under it. There was also something smeared on the side of the bathtub. The pool area was nasty but that could have been due to the young girls ball team that was staying there. The children were in the pool and area around the pool as well as their parents/guardians who were NOT supervising the kids but sitting around talking and drinking. Kids were diving and jumping and SCREAMING. There was no room for anyone else as the kids were running around everywhere. A good MONITORED camera in this area would be a good investment.

Clean place to stay.

Breakfast wasn’t kept up. It ended at 9:30 or 10:00, but ran out of things before 9:00 and just left unfilled. There was a lady cleaning up around but still didn’t attend to the buffet.

complimentary breakfast, the room size was nice and spacious for the group. the grounds were clean inside and out.

the location was near a busy highway, so at times you would hear loud muffler cars speeding and emergency sirens.

I loved the turkey sausage. I liked the fresh fruit. I like the cinnamon rolls heavenly! The coffee is as good!

The time on the weekend should be 6:30 for us and not 7:00. We had to be somewhere every morning on the weekends by 8:00 we had to drive to the place park and walk to the meeting.

Nice breakfast area .

Pool was very dirty . Bandaid and clumps of hair floating in water . Elevator floor dirty. Mini fridge in our room had a dirt ring around it . Toilet kept running all night .

I liked how accommodating, and very nice the staff were to our children. The rooms were clean, and everyone was very nice.

The beds were a bit stiff but over all our stay was excellent

Pool was small and staff refused to restock breakfast items with 40 minutes left during breakfast hours.

As soon as you walk in the door, you know you made a good choice. It smells fresh and looks clean, with a friendly greeting.
