The rooms and bathroom were immaculate! The bed was so comfortable that I slept all night (eight hours), which is a rarity for me in a hotel room. Usually, I sleep approximately five hours. I didn't see or feel any pesky insects. The air conditioner worked perfectly because the rooms were very cool, which is exactly how I like it! I asked for a room on the 3rd floor or higher AND away from the elevator, and my request was granted.

I did not like the breakfast, but the best thing was the waffle. Everything else was very mediocre.

Our family arrived for breakfast at 9:15 and found that there wasn’t anymore waffle batter. After inquiring about it, we were told that they were out of it (which surprised me for a hotel this size), but what should have been said is, “we’re not making any more at this time.” Nevertheless, I enjoyed some oatmeal. We were told at check in that breakfast was served from 6:30- 10a, so perhaps, for those of us who don’t eat breakfast that early, the cut off time for making waffle batter should be 9:45…just a suggestion, not a complaint.

The accommodations were excellent and all three gentlemen that were at the desk during my stay were professional, friendly, courteous and very pleasant. The room was great and I plan to stay again in August.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable we were given a list of nearby restaurants and that was a big help

Afternoon/night clerk was very friendly and professional. Public spaces were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast sausages on first day seemed undercooked. Hooks for towels were not handy in bathroom. Shower door, when opened after shower, dumped quite a bit of water onto the bathroom floor.

Everything was great!!! The food the shower and even the floor we stayed on was perfect!! The shower was everything that I needed and more. I took like 3 showers per day. The water pressure was amazing!!!

Ran out of milk during breakfast and never went to get more. Still had 2 hours of time. That did upset us a bit when all we wanted was cereal. Wouldn’t have been much to just drive to the store and get some to make everyone happy 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Last-minute booking for baseball tournament; convenient, safe location; very clean; friendly, attentive staff; hot complimentary breakfast; nice pool and fitness center. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Really liked the larger 2-queen bed rooms. I had my wife and daughter with me and thge exta room was great. We visit Huntsville about 6 times per year. You have certainly earned a repeat visit.

It was clean, the staff was super nice, the rooms are designed beautifully- perfectly laid out! Size and design of shower excellent!
