property was fine ... but altho we prepaid thru booking.com , after we left they charged us again... and for a lot more calls to to hotel would not connect , when I finally did they said that there wasn't a manager present ... so far I've waited 6 hrs without a return call I started the complaint process with B.com but nothing yet this should have been resolved with a phone call from booking.com to the hotel

I was thinking we were gonna have eggs & bacon, but it was mainly sandwiches which was cool because they were good too. I like a traditional breakfast though. Everyone was very nice & the room was clean.. the only thing that didn't work in our room was the window with the remote to open & close the blind. The manager was very nice she offered to get us another room, but we didn't feel like moving. My first experience there was super straight

It was a plesant stay, visiting with family. We enjoyed the location, the room, the availability of drinking water, the breakfast included, the willing to help and pleasant staff.

There could have been fruits and healthier options for breakfast in addition to the options presented.

The staff were taking food to eat from the breakfast, which is perfectly acceptable, except I noticed 2 persons using their bare hands, rather than the tongs provided. I have no ideas if their hands were clean.

The beds were very comfortable and loved having a size larger than a mini fridge.

The lock on the bathroom door was broken. Also, it was very stinky outside in the evenings.

Very clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'm on specific diet because a stomach issues, so I really liked the little kitchen we had in the room. Cooked my own dinner

Real nice super clean great smelling room and bedding. I enjoyed the 3 nights there.

Only negative. Microwave didn't work and the A/C fan made an endless loud screeching noise.

Pretty noisy in our room next to the elevators. Toilet ran periodically and loudly throughout the night. The a/c fan made loud noises every time it turned.off.
