Great location. Everything we needed was at the hotel. Loved the idea of an indoor pool this time of year. There was a Logan's restaurant in walking distance from the hotel and a few stores. The staff was awesome and our room had a balcony. It was very quiet and clean, comfy beds, inviting lobby, hot hot shower and plenty of towels! Definitely A WIN!

There were no chairs on the balcony. We would have loved to spend more time out there enjoying the view.

No complimentary breakfast. I also had to put the linings in all of the trash cans. While this wasn’t difficult it is the first time in any hotel I have needed to do that. I picked it for the rating on Booking.com and paid more for that rating and missed the breakfast.

The beds were comfortable, our room was nice and clean, and the staff was great! We will be traveling a lot for travel ball this year in this location and will definitely stay here again!

The website showed a small indoor pool. My boys were excited to swim, but there was no pool at this location.

The entire staff treated me with such kindness. Katiann, Mary Beth, Jarod, and Courtland exceeded my expectations. I even had a great experience with the ladies that waited on me for breakfast. I was so pleased that I became a member of the Bonvoy group. Going forward, I intend to use the Marriott hotels for all my stays.

The location was perfect for my trip. Decatur has a lot of historical value for me. The Hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Starbucks closed at 9:30, just before I got there. The bed was nice, just not as comfortable as my bed at home.

The price on my Receive and bake statement doesn't match you charge me more on my bank statement then we're just supposed to be charging that's on my receipt So I need some understanding on this I call the hotel I was stated one thing and it's still no situation change That's my problem no communicatso why am I being charged higher price for something that shouldn't be done So I'm kinda upset

If you wanted breakfast you had to buy it! It was like a Starbucks inside the hotel. For the price of the room should have had a Continental breakfast in my opinion.

The bed was very soft and comfy and the facility was very clean

The only thing I didn't like was my card was charged $200 but my receipt was $173.35 so they took more than they were supposed to.

My daughter was participating at a horse show in Decatur. Due to flooding, we had to find a hotel room to at the last minute. The staff was very welcoming and gracious. Upon hearing our dilemma, the staff provided us with essential toiletries during our late night check-in. The room was very clean & quiet. We highly recommend this hotel & will certainly stay again. The young lady and young man working the front desk the evening we checked in were very friendly & welcoming. Hope the management knows & appreciates the value of these individuals. They set the tone for a person’s stay!

Big comfy bed. Room was nice. Staff was very friendly.

They didn’t have our reservation upon arrival even with the booking number we had. Took forever to check in lady at front desk was by herself and swamped. She had to call manager because they had over sold. Did get a upgrade to king suite since they were sold out.
