I did not get any rewards points because apparently some other third party connected or I wasn't on the Hampton web site although I selected it! Now my credit card number is I on the internet! I thought Hilton was better than that is the reason I joined Hilton honors program.

Driving down to interstate, I don't have time to download an APP in order to make a reservation with a company I already belong to. I'm 78 years old and didn't even get a senior discount. I don't know how to do APPS! If you can't make a legitimate reservation with a company why have a rewards program. Guess I'll just go back to Marriott!

Location was great, right off the highway. There were lots of places to eat around the hotel, it wasn’t far from Buc-ees so that was a plus for us. It felt very clean, I felt comfortable walking around the room with my socks off, which I rarely do in hotels. My son loved your indoor pool.

The only thing I didn’t like, and it is so incredibly minor, is that there was a piece of hair hanging from the shower that looked like a pubic hair. From the prior guest? Other people’s hair grosses me out.

The calendar popped up 13th, we needed the 9th. I changed it and booked! We arrived, they didn't have reservation on 9th. Luckily they had a room. We immediately tried to get booking.com to cancel the 13th. They supposedly sent waiver to manager. Manager sent back saying she agreed, it was a mistake, we should not be charged. I will have to check credit card, but last we checked charges for 13th was still on card. We stayed the 9th.

The room was quite nice and larger than expected. Conveniences of the desk, small refrigerator, etc were welcome.

Our room was equipped for our individual handicaps. The adjustable shower head was virtually impossible to adjust for my height(6'3") and the AC unit was placed well away from the bed causing a delay in the temperature comfort level we enjoy for sleeping.

The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

.Our suite was designed to accommodate four people, yet it only provided a small couch and a single chair. To enhance comfort and functionality, you might consider adding more seating. This improvement would ensure that everyone has a comfortable place to relax and enjoy their time together.

Breakfast time was busy-busy, so some of the items appeared difficult to match at serving patrons level. But the options were good, worth waiting for. The person working the kitchen prep's name was "Heavenly". That really described the total experience. I'm not making this up!

Nothing not to like about this location. The Athens, AL is quite exceptional among all Hamption Inns across USA.

The bed was comfortable. The room was large.

The lady at the desk when we checked in at 715 PM on December 20th refused to acknowledge me for several moments. Then when she finally did, she was extremely short and looked at me like I had bugs in my teeth when I asked her how she was doing... I would not like a person like her to be representing my HOSPITALITY business for certain. If she had a name badge I would give you her name, but she never shared that information with us. Everything else was very nice... EXCEPT that there was a used shower cap hanging on the hooks behind the bathroom door. I left it. Also the fridge did not fit properly into the cabinet which caused the door to be difficult to close on it. The door was open when we got there so it was hot.

Location was perfect. Room very comfortable and clean.

Free breakfast was not good, so we went to cracker barrel the next day. Also, when did hotels charge you to park. Booked through Affirm app through Booking.com. when we arrived we were informed we could not pay through a 3rd party app even though we booked through it.

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to restaurants and the interstate. Perfect for stopping while passing through on a longer road trip. Typical decent breakfast offerings

Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Pool was closed after sunset due to lights not working after a recent power outage.

Long day driving north so location good for us, right off of interstate. Good for a rest. Front desk staff suggested a couple of dinner locations, turned out to be very good, atmosphere and food.

Could hear the interstate traffic during the night, especially truckers.
