With a car issue, I have been here 6 nights. The staff were exceptional—all of them. They volunteered to take me to the store and I got to stay in the same room. The office always greets me by name and makes sure I am doing ok. My next time in Jasper, AL, I know where I will be staying!! Thank you so much!!

They leave little to not like. They are planting flowers up front for the summer for everyone to enjoy. The staff take real pride in their hotel!! Rebecca and Gloria were excellent st the front desk. Monica, who has worked here for over 40 years, is great and is helping other new staff to take pride in their work. I also love the roses! 🌹

Rebecca at the front desk was great! The room was clean and just right for a quick stay. The breakfast was good with a nice selection.

The only thing that could have been better was the sink being separate from the toilet and shower. With four people getting ready at the same time it would be easier to do if those things were separate.

the rate was fair. the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of hot hot water. The room was clean.

The property was in disrepair. I needed to get my digital key re-coded 3x. It would work once then not work (I did not comingle key near phone/batteries/magnets). The stairs were uneven and missing nonslip matting. Very unsafe. The bathtub railing was loose/unsafe. the tub drain plug was missing. draining water from other rooms were noisy. the pillow cases were clean but ripped. there was no blanket in the room (only sheet & sheet cover/empty duvet. the wheels on the cleaning carts were very noisy and staff yelled frequently to each other.

It's was okay I ask for late check out the guy didn't bill me so I had to work on that Sunday.

They charged my card for more I owed. I still haven't gotten it back.

I recommend 100% that this is a great place to spend time. The personnel come check in to check out was awesome the room was great and it was very quiet and peaceful and it had an awesome pool. 20 star plus

Value for money. Great for overnight stop whilst travelling through. Breakfast was good - cereals, waffle maker, juice and coffee. Next to a petrol station which was convenient. Pool area was well kept and staff were friendly.

Air conditioning was noisy as was extractor fan in bathroom.

This is an awesome place to stay I ended up having to stay five nights and I enjoyed every day the room was great it had all the amenities and it was very quiet and it had a breakfast and the pool was awesome this is definitely a 20 star plus

the staff were exceptionally helpful. They went above and beyond. I have booked for my son who is in the military and it’s always a little bit of a hassle, not this time, the staff here helped us get everything taken care of. the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Very clean and the bed gave me AWESOME sleep. Best sleep I have had in a hotel in long time! No crud in my throat in the morning either!! :)
