Very nice room and great breakfast. Overall a nice hotel with some issues. Location worked out well in this nice town.

Two items, I had to inform the hotel staff that someone let their dog pee in the elevator...they quickly cleaned it up. Second, they have modern type furniture in the rooms and one item is a row of pegs that you should be able to hang your coat or bag on but who ever built or assembled the rack and row of pegs installed the pegs upside down. The pegs slant down rather than up and your item just slides off.

The facility was newer, however the room had flaws, such as a bathroom door that didn't close, the lock set was totally out of alignment.

The price online was totally ignored, I booked at 129 but the facility charged 154+ and then hit my bank for 178. this is absurd pricing. I'll be looking into getting back some of the unauthorized charges that hotel stole. Sad when you cannot trust a name brand to be honest with pricing.

Great room. Clean, well furnished, good space. Hotel property itself was also very nice and clean. Breakfast quality was better than expected compared to other similar hotels. Would definitely stay at this property again if I had to opportunity to do so.

Location was three miles off the interstate, which made it a little inconvenient. Price seemed a little high, but the quality was certainly better than lower priced budget motels.

Comfortable beds and quiet.

No heat and ac not functioning, had to move to another room and didn't consider vegetarians in meal planning. They offered sausage and then put sausage in the gravy. Would have been nice to have plain gravy without meat for us under- considered dietary restricted group of vegan and vegetarians. It's a simple change make gravy without meat. As people are becoming more health conscious it would behoove the chain to think forward.

Clean and nice layout. Good breakfast.

Paper thin walls. Guy next door could be noisy and the lack oF soundproofing was an issue. Could even here him pushing the buttons on the microwave. Beeping away as he warmed things up. Could here his tv and both sides of his phone conversation. As I said, paper thin walls. Staff was ok, but seemed to be very busy smoking outside or watching the tv in the lobby.

Everything was awesome from the breakfast to the greeting of the staff were so friendly. Loved It . I loved they have the 24-hour coffee you can get anytime.We stayed in a handicap room, which was awesome due to my husband having a stroke. He didn't have to worry about him falling .We will be coming back..

Very clean. Staff was very friendly . great location for our needs. (just passing through) Decent breakfast. Clean dining room and food was fresh.

The rumor and had just recently been updated. It was super clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. The pool was really warm.

The pool could’ve been a little cleaner. It smelled really strong like chlorine, but the color was a little off, and there was constantly bugs floating in it.

Night staff was extremely friendly and helpful even though there was a large group of people waiting to be checked in. The request for a rollaway was accommodated. The room was quiet, even the toilet flushed quietly! I will choose Holiday Inn Ecpress again. Breakfast varied with both hit and cold options.

Very nice room as the property itself was new.

I could not turn off the air which ran constantly (AC/HEAT functions as it should). The reason I wanted to turn off the air was because there was a bearing in the air unit which was going bad. Because of this there was a constant, low screech type hum which made listening to the television, nearly impossible.
