The hotel was very clean and smelled great even though the property itself was a bit aged. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast provided had literally something for anyone. The was a waffle maker, cereal, Oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, danishes, muffins, toast, biscuits, gravy, sausage, and eggs.

The location was great, North of Birmingham just off I-65. Plenty of restaurants nearby, although the Chilis across the street left much to be desired. Enough parking. Room was clean and looked updated. Had a nice design and lighting. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and good water pressure/temp. Front desk personnel very friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfy. TV functioned well with plenty of cable channels.

The latch on the bathroom door was broken. Appreciated the breakfast, plenty of choices, but the eggs were obviously powdered and were dry and crumbly. The gravy appeared to be from a mix also. But, for the value everything was fine. Good biscuits!

Everybody on the staff was super nice. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was nice. We're definitely going to stay there again.

The beds/pillows were exceptionally comfortable. It took a while for the room to cool down but finally was comfortable.

One of the pillow cases had makeup smudge on it. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

The room wasn't clean. There were someone's underwear next to the couch. And a pill under the bed.. we didn't have kids traveling so we left them. Told your cleaning crew

The breakfast was warm and yummy the bed was comfy and the ac worked good

The curtain didn’t keep out the street lights and billboards

Nice big room about 12 mins to bertow arena.thats where we were headed to watch a basketball game.

We missed breakfast

That it advised as having a pool available when it actually was closed for the season! That was disappointing! Be nice to know that wasn’t actually available!

Our room required only a short walk. The breakfast was hot, varied, and tasty. The facility was within walking distance of restaurants.

Check in clerk was disinterested. We had to park in the back of the facility, and there was no rear entry point of which I was aware.
