The golf course is gorgeous and immaculately maintained. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms and pool are nkce. The hours of the coffee shop, pool and restaurant are great.

The pool bar staff did not circulate the area offering drinks very often. Our shower did not have Aveda body wash and our conditioner has clearly been watered down. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very flat

The breakfast was excellent! The French toast was to die for; the omelets (which were made to order) were perfect every time; the bacon was cooked just the way we liked it..(not too hard but not chewy); the grilled shrimp were marinated with just the right amount of seasoning; the fresh fruit was tantalizing to the pallet; and the variety of syrups led to a taste testing adventure! But we would be remiss not to mention the wonderful staff! We received nothing but the warmest welcome from the time we walked in the doors until the time our adventure ended! From the warm helpful faces at the "check In" desk to the dynamic staff of the BROCKS'S Restaurant! They were unified in making us to feel so special! Our Honorable mentions are the very personable managers "Tracy and Montez", the attentive and expeditious servers "Carla and Adit" and that fantastic Hostess named "Trina"! This great staff truly made our Honeymoon Special and Memorable.... so much so, we're planning to come back next year for our 1st year Anniversary! #We Love Renaissance Birmingham Ross Ridge

What we didn't like was..... "Our stay was just too brief to fully enjoy all that the resort had to offer"!!! But if we had to make a suggestion it would be a way to tweak the method of unloading and loading luggage, without so much congestion.

The staff was exceptionally nice. The pool and poolside drinks were fabulous.

I think folks have been feeding the birds, a crow at the pool wasn’t afraid to be so close to people. The bird ended up getting my son’s chicken tenders and chips when we were in the pool. Maybe they can try to establish more rules about people not feeding them.

Didn't have breakfast

Had an issue with a bag drop guy. He was too busy chatting with his fellow workers instead of taking care of customers. Np problem, I ended up taking care of my own bag and saved the tip money.

Very nice atmosphere. Staff was amazing. Very clean place.

The bed and pillows were not at all comfortable. Very disappointing for the price point. The towels were very worn and one ripped while I was drying myself.

Staff was very welcoming. Property was very clean and all spaces were inviting. Loved Amazing Grace being played on the bag pipes!

Pillows were very soft and needed more support. Bath stopper did not work.

All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Bartender and waiting staff also recognized we were celebrating something special and gave us our dessert free. We enjoyed every moment of it.

Maybe, having microwaves in the rooms. That's about all I can think of.

Clean and beautiful. Very well appointed and maintained.

Had children in the serenity hot tub twice. Security removed them once but were not around the second time.

Breakfast was fantastic. The chef who made the omelets was super friendly, hard working, attentive and gracious. The waitresses went the extra mile. Really attentive to requests and anticipating needs. The food was so great lots of choices. The club restaurant had the best chicken quesadilla I ever ate!!! The bartenders by the pool were also friendly, funny and charming. We loved them!! It was creative and fun the activities you offered the kids. Good going.

The indoor pool wasn't open.

Breakfast Buffet had a variety of food which was really good. The Hostess there was the Best!! The waitress and entire staff were top notch!!
