It was quiet and close to where I needed to be.

Some of the towels were not clean or I guess they were clean. They just had spots on them. I couldn't reach the shower to put it to where I could take a shower since it was a handicap room. I don't really understand how anyone in a wheelchair could have reached it and I didn't really intend to book a handicap room because I'm not handicapped. But, when I was trying to fill out everything, that's the only one I could get to let me book it

I loved the people that greeted us at the front desk each time afternoon evening and the next morning very friendly and helpful The bed was comfortable, and the window seat was enjoyed by my friend.

I would have chosen better quality of pillow as the ones we had in our room were very flat we asked and received and extra one but could have used 2 or 3 more with what was being offered. Alos there were brown splatters on the wall across from the toilet and red splatters on the wall under the AC/Heat control in the bedroom.

The customer service friendly awesome The staff was amazing they were helpful they were kind always smiling always greeting you, property was clean it was amazing I actually enjoyed my stay there it was brilliant I appreciate everything they're kindness and everything Yes.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed it squeak a lot, And the breakfast no they need to do better.

Had continental breakfast offered until 9am. At 8am nothing remained besides cereal. Didn't restock anything as there were empty heating pans and place for bagels, toast etc but remained empty

It was a great experience until the fire alarm woke me up and startled me! Someone burnt something in the microwave during breakfast! Other than that I would stay again!

Clean, very nice folks.

There is no Armchair in the rooms. I travel weekly, and find that a room with an armchair or small sofa is really really more comfortable. The deck chair in the rooms is very uncomfortable, the only way is to lay on the bed. Not good.

glitch in system, charged me for another night. Out of their control but still inconvenient to have to wait for additional money to go back on card.
