Facilities were very modern and clean, even while renovating other parts of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to get early check-in and a slightly later check-out since we were there to take an exam at the building next door. Also, when we were studying in the lobby and it got loud from the construction, the staff offered to move us to a meeting room and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us.

The staff went above and beyond. They made sure we had our free breakfast and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was nice, with a balcony, fridge, sink n mirror are separate (easier for multiple ppl to get ready. The bed was super comfy, I accidentally slept past breakfast, which ends at 10 am 🙈 Check out being at noon is super convenient, too. The pool liner is old and stained but the pool was clean and the space was super nice! The plants were gorgeous! Relaxing area!

I like the convenience of where the hotel is located on my staff's annual trip through town to North Carolina.

When booking this reservation for my staff's travel I was told by the booking agent that breakfast would be included for my staff, as I paid extra. Sadly, when they tried to go to breakfast the clerk said we didn't pay for breakfast. That was embarrassing, as I had lined it up in advance and I told the employees they would receive a free breakfast.

The commode flaper would not seal. Evertime it was used had to open tank to stop. Even then it did not stop at times. Keep me awake with its constant flushing to replenish its water. Tub was slippery in the bottom.

Fix commode. Surely cleaning team should notice things this loud.

I loved the balcony and the room was so comfortable the shower was great and the location is perfect! Right in the middle of all the shopping but off to the side so it's quiet and peaceful.

There is only one elevator and it's in the back not even close to the front entrance it's location to the majority of the rooms is somewhat inconvenient.

I paid for the breakfast add-on. I don't think a limited menu is appropriate. For what I paid anything should be included on the menu. Next time I will plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.

The outside of the building was dated. My cousin said it was a dump and she hated leaving my sister there when dropping her off after a wedding. Disappointing

Very nice bed, clean room. I slept very well. The barbeque place beside the hotel is awesome.

I had hair in the shower an on the sheets when I got in the bed an when I called for wash rags an towels it took so long for them to bring them. Then they only had sheets for the pull out bed.

The staff was great.. room was clean. The lobby smelled good and made me happy that i choose this hotel. Also, it is nearby several restaurants and shops.
