The breakfast was awesome I enjoyed the variety of food available for breakfast. This location was right off the interstate which allowed us to get right back on to go home the next morning

Breakfast was very good. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.

The refrigerator in our room #127 needs to be defrosted I think. Didn't keep things cold and back of fridge was ice covered. We had it set to the coldest setting.

OK price. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good hot breakfast and clean dining room. Waffle maker was very good. HVAC worked great. Plumbing/water worked great. Room overall was clean. Nice to have stairs by elevator. Free Wi-Fi worked OK.

Lots of street noise at night. Some power outlets didn't work. The only real coffee was brewed in two very small drop coffee makers. Coffee was frequently gone (some guests were filling travel mugs) and whatever was left was cold. Found a long hair in egg omelet. Lots of dump trucks in parking lot at night.

In error, I submitted a below average review thinking it was another hotel we stayed at the next evening. Please accept my sincerest apologies. Sleep Inn was absolutely more than we expected. We were surprised see how nice and clean the room appeared. We arrived late evening after driving 13 hrs so we were looking forward to a comfortable night’s sleep. We liked that there were plenty of restaurants, in the location of the hotel.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the room stay.

EVERYTHING... From the front desk, to the room the accommodations, the bed, I rested great. Then the next morning February 8th 2024 as I checked out. The lady downstairs, was working like crazy. Alone, preparing an incredible breakfast for everyone. She was absolutely the best. So many people would eat, and leave. Never leaving her a dime. I left the lady $5. and she deserved every penny. Everyone on your staff, seems to love their job, from my check-in on Feb 7th until I left on the 8th. Loved the front desk staff, they were fun, and very helpful. I told my wife, that next trip back and forth to Florida, this will be our preferred stop. Thank-you again Everyone, for a perfect job.. looking to return soon. Sam Ford

I didn't like, staying at other places before, and not knowing about your hotel, in the past.

Clean, good parking, good location.

It wasn’t the property, it was the offer that wasn’t adhered to. My card was charged before I checked in, when I paid extra for rooms in order to pay at the property. We were using different cards, not the one on hold. Also, I specifically asked for rooms closest to the front so my Mom did not have to walk far. We were 2nd floor far from elevator.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Some of the other guests were really loud and kept slamming doors early in the morning but that is not the hotel's fault. Maybe if I had brought my white noise machine with me I wouldn't have heard it.

Check in process….only one person….she had to leave the desk to assist someone for several minutes. The next morning someone didn’t show up, so the front desk person had to also take care of breakfast.

Everything! No complaints. Location, staff and management, room, parking, safety, accessibility, cleanliness…..everything was wonderful. I go to Pelham from Illinois to visit family and friends and I’ll always stay there.

Very clean, large room (we were upgraded). Helpful staff. Good breakfast (eggs, sausage, choice of brown bread...).

Coffee not good (always hard to find in the US), but they offered tea. A bit of street noise (but we forgot to ask for a back room - not their fault).
