The staff is the reason I come and stay 4 days at the Loft visiting my family at Christmas. The staff are both professional, yet they are very kind always asking if I need anything since I use a walker.

1. Toilet Paper very poor quality, similar to sand paper. 2. Need more handicap parking in the parking garage. 3. Please, please use Coke Products. 4. Unfortunately just down the road is Embassy Suites that has a full free breakfast not just a “On the Go” type breakfast.

We loved the location of the property. We also loved the lobby and the activities. Our kids could do while weighing her friends around the lobby, including the pool table and the games. We also enjoyed the indoor pool on a rainy day. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. They were kind, fun and interacted so sweetly with our kids. They did a great job to make sure we were comfortable and happy and we will return to your hotel because of your great staff.

Bed, in particular the pillows, were extremely uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping sideways on the bed with no pillow. I was concerned that it would negatively effect my bike ride the next day because I was so uncomfortable

Location was convenient. Numerous nearby restaurants. Glad there was a gym, but not my favorite equipment.

Please update the listing to indicate that breakfast is not included (or $0.10, as my booking said) but rather a paid cafe.

Von was fantastic! Upon arriving at the hotel, he made us feel very welcome. He had a smile on his face, helped us add our Bonvoy number to the reservation, answered questions related to parking our vehicle. He was very friendly and attentive. When we went to the shop area of the lobby, he volunteered information on how it worked and what some items were. It was nice to see a kind, friendly face upon arrival and during our stay.

We would have appreciated having lotion and a showercap as part of the amenities provided in the room. That said, we didn’t ask at the front desk, if they are offered upon request, as contrary to other places we’ve stayed at in the past, there wasn’t a sign in the room—something we’ve seen during stays other places.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Everything is always great, but honestly what stands out the most is how nice the staff are! They made such an impression on our kids they remember them. We love how convenient the shops and restaurants are also.

Very impressed with front desk clerk Raven. Courteous, quick. Went out of her way to solve a booking.com problem. During the night we spotted 2 large bugs. Pointed it out manager and he was very apologetic. Called in the engineer. Gave us bonus miles.

Staff were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

The power went out at around 1am, and it took the generators a few minutes to kick everything back so we were stuck in total darkness for that time, not to mention that without power the door locks don’t work and that was a little scary lol

The decor could use a refresh - there were spots on the wall in our room that were not smoothly covered and it was obvious that the area was patched.

The staff was over the top amazing. Raven went out of her way to ensure we had the best experience.

The continental breakfast was just ok and not available the last morning we were leaving.
