The Hotel was just what I expected. There was some confusion at check in and the front desk person charged my credit card even though I had paid in advance through Booking.com. However, the front desk person in the morning was very friendly and helpful and fixed the problem.

I love how all the workers say good morning, the lady down in the breakfast room Thursday was so nice. And also a tall dark skinned girl was super nice. Id definitely come back

Well my toilet ran all night in room 321, but other than that my 3 nights was great

Very easy to get in and out of. Everything was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed extra sheets for the sleeper sofa. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable.

During our stay the front desk staff were very friendly, kind, and informative! Also I had a coffee spill at the front door and went to get napkins to clean it up my self but a kind gentleman employee of yours saw it and right away and said to me “oh no Mam, I will take care of that for you” and so I applaud all of your staff!

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Staff was very accommodating and polite. Great pillows. Comfortable bed.

No microwave or fridge in the room. Shower curtain was too short and the bathroom floor got wet.

Breakfast was great!! Multiple options and very filling.

The bathtub facet was leaking and the bathroom door didn’t shut so I still heard it dripping as I tried to sleep. The tub would drain during my bath despite using drain plug so I had to refill several times.

The food choices were exceptional and tasty. the time frame was in my time frame for my work. the location of the breakfast was acceptable not crowded

nothing , it was worth price the food could have been kept warmer maybe the area could have been warmer a little cold

Convenient location to places we visited; great selection for breakfast that was included in our rate; efficient, helpful and friendly staff. We especially want to recognize the following staff for being very friendly, helpful with directions, and working hard to make ours, a wonderful experience: Dakiecia Frizzle, Assistant General Mgr; Vivian Glover, Sales Mgr; Mia Amison, Front Desk Supervisor, Jerome at the front desk, and "Momma" Rosie, who provided us with a wonderful smile along with great breakfast offerings!

Nothing that we didn't like.....it was all good!

Front desk staff was very accommodating in putting my family in adjoining rooms. There are apparently only 2 on each floor, and are doubles instead of kings. Have to also give a shout out to the maids, as they were able to cheerfully responded to our requests.

The staff was nice, room was clean and breakfast was good!
