My husband and I live in California. My sister lives in Birmingham Alabama. We stayed here two years ago and had the best experience. We just were there this past weekend and had the same great experience. The finishes, the touches the rooms the lobby everything about this hotel is incredible. I honestly think it’s one of my favorite hotels ever.

The staff were the best part of the hotel! They were so welcoming and friendly. They were just so nice!

Our only complaint would be the AC situation. Our room was so uncomfortable at night due to it being so hot. We even turned the air to 60, yes 60! Even then we still woke up sweating. Maybe if you were alone it would be better, but my husband and I would say that was the only downside of our stay.

Itis a new hotel with a nice restaurant

The TV was on the fritz with digitalization and it would turn off if it was swiveled. The exhaust fans in the bathroom was disconnected. the front desk said they were installed to come on as needed but were too sensitive and would turn on in the middle of the night. The front desk said people complained so they were disconnected.

The front desk staff displayed outstanding customer service upon arrival on July 27th. They were the utmost professionals. The bar staff exhibited friendly, professional service with great recommendations.

On day three of our stay the housekeeper, Marsha, had not cleaned our room upon our afternoon return at approximately 2:00 pm. We inquired why our room had not been cleaned, Marsha replied: " there were blankets under the sheet." We informed Marsha the blankets could have been removed. Marsha immediately responded back negatively with unprofessional responses.

Gino from valet made my experience wonderful. He's an exceptional employee. The man deserves a raise. He was very polite to not only me but everyone that he encountered from other employees and guests. I will definitely be back just because of him and his kindness and wonderful customer service.

The rooms were a little stuffy humid at times the air conditioning wasn't consistent

The rooms and hotel itself are beautiful. The location is also lovely with food and entertainment within walking distance.

There was nothing I didn’t like other than my stay being so shorter. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The facilities were beautiful! Well kept,clean. The staff very friendly and fun to talk to. The restaurant was absolutely incredible! Overall a fantastic experience!!

This is a very nice hotel in the Homewood area which has restaurants and bars nearby. It also has a nice restaurant. The situation of the hotel is perfect for visiting downtown Birmingham away from all the crowds and traffic. Highly recommend.
