Everything was good, beautiful facility. My kids enjoyed seeing and feeding the fish. The breakfast was great.

The bathroom door in our room was messed up. Someone came up and fixed it but it only worked for that day. The next day it was doing the same thing, at that point we just let it go and dealt with it, because it was gonna take more than what they did. We were in and out all day because we were there for a basketball tournament.

The hotel is being updated. However, the staff and everything was clean and very friendly. The room was nice and neat. The staff even called me to let me know my room was available. This was nice because we arrived at 9:00 am. We were able to get into our room by noon.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. It was very busy as expected(Prom season, family reunions, ect) but they handled everything very well.

The security officer could have spoken to the visitors and residents a little better when directing traffic. I also had an awareness in my room that I discussed to the front desk representative that I wish not to share publicly.

Breakfast was good, great number of CHOICES. GOOD COFFEE. HAPPY HOUR A PLUS.

Breakfast was ok only issue was, husband's omelet order was misplaced, and we waited long time. He had to go up and tell them, before he was finally served.

I loved the look and the breakfast was great!!! Staff was so nice and helpful. room was great!!! Love that we always have a side private balcony. Rooms are always clean and up to standards

The room next door had alot of kids in it making noise slamming doors. Checkout time was 12 housekeeper came an knocked on door at 830 an then came back at 1030 I asked her ain't checkout at 12 I didn't like that at all but I will go again

The lobby was very elegant and clean with a Ruth's Christ on site Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing,

The rooms were a bit dated and the breakfast staff didn't keep up with who ordered what and gave my wife someone else's omelet.

Room was very clean! Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good with a great variety of choices! We were able to have our dogs for a $75 non refundable fee.

All common areas, lobby, moldings doors ect very run down and in need of repair and renewal or remodel. Tables and floor in restaurant breakfast area sticky and dirty. Minimal staff

The room didn't get quite as cold as we like to keep it. But the good overweighed the bad!
