The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of counter space and towels.

I rented at this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool and I was taking my granddaughters on an overnight surprise stay. The pool room was so cold that after 5 minutes both of their lips were purple and their teeth were chattering. So we were not able to do the main thing I booked for. This was disappointing.

We was close to things we like food outside hotel, shopping, looked like safe area. Had the best breakfast with the best staff member placing the food out very personable and greeted everyone with a smile and kind word. The staff here at front desk was also great. Nice and friendly. The greeting we received I would tell my friend and family when traveling to or thru the area to stay at this hotel.

I did not like that I thought we had a suite or at less large room space and the room was small. Everything was very close, and we had little space inside to move about. I guess the guest could be told that the rooms are not large, and you have less space you think.

Nice breakfast. Hot coffee and nice variety. Jessica at the front desk was extremely helpful when we checked in. Great customer service.

The walls were very thin in the room. We hard a very loud group of people in the room next door to us. I finally called the front desk at 1235 AM to complain about LOUD music playing next door. We were in room424. It was a long night with little sleep.

I loved the location. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The free breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff.

I like softer beds. I think the beds here are too hard so I didn't sleep great. I thought there was a hot tub because it stated so online. I was disappointed to find out there was not.

They ran out of hot food at about 8am and we waited hoping they would bring more. I’m sure they did, but we couldn’t stay and wait due to our travel schedule. We purposefully wanted to stay in a room with a jetted tub. The room was nice but we had to move b/c the tub was missing jet parts. Same thing happened in the 2nd room we moved into. The staff did great work to get the tub working. Just a suggestion that when the room is checked, the tubs also be checked to ensure all is good.

The outside landscaping was pretty, the inside colors was beautiful, the room smelt great,was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I especially loved the pillows of varies softness to firmness. The top cover was a little rough but I just folded it back and all was well. Overall a great experience and I will stay there again.

Location was great for the meeting I was attending. The staff was very nice and courteous. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Only stayed one night so didn't really explore the property that much. Everything was good on my stay. I did not see any concerns.

Paige was extremely helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to accommodate us.

I made a separate reservation for an additional day and when I came in later that night to get my keys redone, the guy at the front desk was in the back, asleep. Also when I needed to c/o at 4:30am, there was no one in sight. I didn't receive a receipt bc no one ever came to check us out. I also have a video.

The breakfast is sooo good, it’s like a breakfast buffet ! We enjoyed the red velvet mini waffles with the toppings and whipped cream! The indoor pool was clean! The room was clean! The Bed and sofa coach was super comfy! The customer service was awesome

Breakfast was great and awesome variety! Coffee was delicious! Pool was open til 10pm which was a huge plus since we had Littles and had checked in late. Room was clean and had all amenities and extra towels/bedding etc. Will definitely use this hotel next birmingham trip!
