We was needing a room close to the children's hospital cause our granddaughter was havein a procedure done at 5am so we needed a room for the night. We was looking for something cheap and kinda nice. When we booked y'all I was worried that it would be a terrible room or location (cause of the price) I was SO WRONG!! The room was great. Clean and comfy. It was close to the store and place's to eat. It was everything we was looking for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a room close to the hospital that's nice and cheap!!!

It was a little hard getting in and out of the place (going to eat dinner) cause of the traffic but that is really kinda out of y'all's control

Nice room for a night or two.Clean and updated. We were in the back of the hotel, so if you are a single female I would not recommend otherwise I felt safe with my husband.

Great location. Room was clean (apart from floor needing a mop) and bed very comfortable.

Parking was phenomenal; able to have car right outside our room door which made unloading & loading. Also, all of the staff were very pleasant & very helpful.

I thought I had booked a place that made breakfast available, but it worked out better for us. Coffee was available (&:hot chocolate too), so that makes up for it😉 Entrance & exit of the property was slightly tricky due to location but that's not something that can be changed.

I really enjoyed my stay. Beds was so soft and comfortable. Staff was good and front desk was delightful. I didn’t like the noise from the others that stayed there. But, I would have stayed longer , but it was expensive for me.

Wish they offer a weekly and monthly stay for the hotel. I had to move in a bad hotel, because of no weekly or monthly stay deals.

The location.

The floor wasn't mopped very dirty. The guy that checked us in was rude after driving 16 hours to get there. We had to get different card keys each night because the card keys stopped working. Hotel staff came by each morning banging on the door for housekeeping which was extremely annoying and someone walked in on us. The soap was hard to lather and dried out our skin.

That it was just off the highway.

That there was no parking for people pulling trailers. And no coffee pot or frig in the room.

I especially appreciated how helpful the employee at the front desk was when we had an issue.

I didnt like that when we had a reservation for 2 nights and showed up 1 day late, the system wouldnt allow us to just check in for the second day. We had to create a whole new reservation. But the employee Angela, was most gracious and helpful through the process.

Clean and comfortable room. Quiet location not far from the center. On a busy road but there was no noise. Lots of good restaurants and stores nearby. Thankfully there was an elevator to the 2nd floor!

Our Aircon wouldn't come on and was sent to look at it pronto. unfortunately we had to pack up and change rooms but this was done quickly.

There wasn't a continental breakfast! We were disappointed ☹️ The room was clean but the air conditioner/furnace needed repair, the tub kept running, even when turned off, and the sink wouldn't drain like it should. The drain needed to be cleaned.
