The only downfall was that not only did I pay a high price for the room which was not a bad thing but then wanting me to pay for a continental type of breakfast if I'm gonna pay for breakfast I would like to pay for a more variety breakfast that was the only downfall

only downfall is that you expected me to pay for a more variable breakfast that I can get at IHOP waffle House or somewhere where I can choose different varieties you want me to pay that price for something that I could've gotten at Continental hotel breakfast there you wanted me to pay for it at your hotel that didn't add up to me

The property is in a great location close enough to restaurants, shopping, etc, but far enough out the way to not be in the mix of any highway traffic noise. Clean up to date rooms. Comfortable, clean bedding. Staff were nice upon check in and check out.

I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for the breakfast.

I liked the refreshing lime water that was available to anyone in the lobby , and the clean room

The swimming pool had lots of dead gnats in it , and when I asked if there was a pool strainer , one of the guys from the front desk laughed . There were plenty of staff going out to their automobiles coming back in reeking of marijuana. AND THE BREAKFAST‼️‼️ They charged us 11 dollars a piece for a cold ,limited , powder egg , no biscuit breakfast, while the kitchen host kept coming to the table interrupting us asking if we are ok , like we'd been in a automobile accident.

The property was very clean and well kept. And it smelled wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Jennifer was absolutely amazing! The rooms were great! I slept so good. I’ll definitely be back!

The only negative I have to say about the stay is something was wrong with the doors. It looked as if several of them were knocked off the hinge and maybe redone, I’m not sure. But that’s the only downside, everything else was amazing!

Breakfast - Items not available unless asked for - such as salt, pepper, hot sauce. A hotel we stayed at the night before had the exact same breakfast for free and cost less than Four Points. The bed mattresses needed to be rotated, they sunk toward the middle.

Everything about this property was very beautiful including the staff which were very professional. The room was very very very clean including the bathroom. I will most definitely be returning the 1 half hour drive is very well worth me spending every penny to this hotel. Thank You to this property manager/staff for everything that you do to satisfy your customers!

The front desk staff lady that work 3-11pm was so sweet and nice when we arrived

The older short black lady that work in the breakfast area was kind of rude about the food like she catered the food or something when the food is for guest that pay she was all on our backs while we was fixing our plates

The breakfast was nice and worth the money. The staff kept the area clean and well stocked..

The elevator was slow and you had to wait. We took the stairs mostly because we were on the 4th floor. We used the valet parking and it was okay.

Indoor Pool - made the grands ecstatic. Location and price

Lack of handicap accessible areas. Our room was at the end of the hallway - made this difficult for elderly family member
