The free breakfast and dinner plus the happy hour was real nice

A woman name Julia on the staff very rude and prejudiced. She knock on my door lied about my 18 year old nephew and my son running through the hall then told me they have important guests staying at the hotel and if we got another complaint (which we never did in the first place) we were getting kick out. Her tone was very soft but her words was nasty and rude plus her wig was very dry. As she was talking to me at my room door she proceeded to push my door open like she was trying to enter my room with out my permission. Very uncomfortable stay.

The property is clean and well-maintained. The food area is immaculate and the food quality is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. The scrambled eggs are absolutely delicious. Light and well-prapared. Parking was easy, check-in was very quick and efficient.

The HVAC unit in the room sounded like a lawnmower starting up. Not sure if it was broken or just old. It woke us up almost each time is started up. There are not enough luggage carts to go around. I’m in my 50s and it’s challenging to carry everything. Recognize that sometimes people hold them, which is preventable and manageable as well. The elevators are painfully slow. Like horrible! Suggest that an additional elevator be built (which is difficult) but otherwise if one goes down, it will be terrible. Also suggest installing water-bottle stations. Finally, allow guests to check in using an optional app and a kiosk. This simplifies the process and relieves the front desk.

I especially like environment the location I knew about your breakfast but a bit surprised by FREE dinner. That's was unexpected.

I was just as surprised to hear you'll except DOGS, and most especially welcome to ANY ROOMS instead of creating SPECIAL rooms for such occasions!!! My room smelled like dogs and although they says the rooms are sprayed from my observation that's NOT TRUE!!! And if I had been with my significant other that's allergic it would hv been a problem. The couch had dog hair on it so I had to cover it with sheets and went to Walmart to purchase some spray to kill the odor!!!

Upon our arrival we were greeted with a friendly and genuine welcome from Tatyana. She was very thorough with all the amenities this hotel provided. We were fortunate to participate in the early snack and happy hour. Tracey the bartender was amazing. We also had the pleasure to meet the manager Lavonda. She very pleasant and accommodating. She noticed the we were traveling with our dog and she upgraded our room to provide more space for our four-legged friend. We were very pleased with our entire stay.

I am unable to find any particular area that requires improvements.

The suite was great for a family of 4. Everyone had plenty of room and there were 2 tvs which was very nice. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.

The fact that breakfast does not start until 7 am on the weekends. That is very late in my opinion and not sure why it is different than weekdays which starts at 6 which is appropriate. We never got to try the breakfast because we had to be gone by 6:30.

My family has stayed at the Drury Inn on multiple occasions. Every time we stay, you exceed our expectations. The staff and associates are amazing. This time, I was traveling with my 90 and 91 year old parents in law. They loved the dinner, the breakfast and the amazing room. It was a grand adventure for them. Thank you for your attention to detail and treating each guest like they are special. Have a great day.

Breakfast was good. Dinner was hot dogs, pulled pork, salad, some sides. Filling, and adequate. Beds were comfortable.

My wife and I are supporters of PBS/NPR. Why can't we find PBS stations on your televisions? There are at least three FOX news and sports channels, but no PBS. Why not? We want quality news and TV, not far-right propaganda. On our way to Florida were able to find NPR stations all along the interstate and on US 231, from the Troy University affiliate. American Public Television is headquartered in Birmingham. Are you boycotting PBS? BY the way, your elevators are slow. One of them was being repaired while we were there. I hope you have it fixed by now.

It was New Year’s Eve and the Inn offered a complimentary buffet dinner! It was very good! The lounge/eating area was packed with happy travelers. Each person was also given cards for free beverages in the little bar. This was all totally unexpected and much appreciated! The next morning (New Year’s Day) the breakfast was so fresh and tasty, with many choices available. Cereals, eggs, pastries, waffles, sausages, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, juices, milk, coffee, tea……everything anyone could want!

Breakfast was good but could not find the southern grits. I saw the oatmeal. The eggs and sausage were very good! Now if I had mixed up some grits into sausage & eggs it would have been what my Dad mixed fir me and my sister as a treat when growing up in the late 50’s early 60’s. It was a good tasting mixture and we liked it!!! Every Staff member was EXCEPTIONAL! My room was extremely well cared for and cleaned. My room number was 229 so you can look up the one that cleaned the room the day of check in! Thank you to the cleaning staff bc that is the main reason for booking, & the other things mentioned are definitely Bonuses! Thank you!
