The staff was in the back room on their phone with no one at the front counter, and the breakfast had much to be desired. The room didn't look at all like the pictures on the site.

This is a very clean hotel. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful.

Our only complaints are: the shower water does not get hot. It is slightly bit more than a lukewarm temperature. That is a BIG issue for us. We want a HOT shower. There are no garbage bags in some of the garbage cans in the room. Not a big deal about the bags, but we have a medical condition which requires the use of garbage bags daily (if we forget to bring our own) The parking is inadequate if coming back to the hotel late at night. There could have been 2-4 parking spaces opened up if a POD storage unit and recycle bin had not been in the parking lot.

Everything was great. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was very clean - room, lobby, etc. The breakfast options were plentiful. I was very pleased with my stay. I did have to get the knack of the AC - keep on Auto High to maintain comfortable temp. Moving it to Low caused room to warm up above set temp.

Better selection of bottled water.

I don't have one complaint about this hotel. Everything was exceptional from the signing in to the checking out.. being so so pleased with what the room looked like everything was perfect there's no complaints

Terrific room and employees… Tiffany at the front desk was especially friendly.

The icing on the cake would’ve been if they had a swimming pool.

We were told breakfast started at 6 am. We then cot down for breakfast at 6:30 to no breakfast because it didn’t start for another hour.

Check in from the booking .com was a big to do when we got there.

I liked the property because it was around shopping centers.

I didn’t like the fact that I forgot my UGG boots that were barely worn and not one honest housekeeper put them in the lost and found.

Hotel is pet friendly…and I understand there is a charge for dog but your fees were 3 times as we paid at any other hotels

I love the cleanliness and the location the most, the staff was very helpful and accommodating with my stay. I definitely will stay next time I’m in Birmingham.
