The staff was great; very personable and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast, while limited on fresh fruit, was decent, and the coffee was good, too!

Our room was right across from the elevator on the second floor. The elevator has a ding that could be heard LOUD and CLEAR, so no matter what time of day/night, we could hear it. We could also hear the people walking above us. I would definitely stay here again, as there were many great things about the hotel, but I would definitely ask for a room on the top floor away from the elevator.

We were in town for my brothers funeral. The front desk staff was great! Everyone always had a smile on their face and were so very kind to us.

The bathroom was dirty, and I mean DIRTY, the toilet had bm on the seat and under the seat. The bathroom sink had brown spots all in it. The pillows had long black hair on them, so we put the pillows on the sofa. The floor in front of the fridge had a big brown wet spot. We told the front desk that the bathroom needed some attention. Housekeeping came the next morning to clean. When housekeeping finished, they left their dirty gloves on the bathroom floor. The sink was still dirty. I went next door and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself. The hair was still on the pillows, and the pillows were placed back on the bed and made up with the hairs still on them.

Breakfast was very nice. Room was fine. Front desk was pleasant.

Bed was hard for my taste and no clock in the room was inconvenient. But what I really was inconvenienced with was maid staff never refilled the shower pumps. They took away the small individual bottles of shampoo and conditioner and replaced them with refillable bottles directly in the shower. It would of been great if they had not been empty. Not knowing this until actually in the shower.

We had other plans for breakfast so we didn't participate. When we checked in the attendant was very friendly and offered us bottled water. Upon walking in she stated that she had been waiting for us and called me by name. Very nice!!

I wish the length of stay could have been longer. Maybe next time it will.

The hotel was very clean, nice, the breakfast was very good, we like it was close to all the restaurants and stores and we felt safe staying their.

We didn't like the pillows they were to thin not comfortable at all to sleep on and the bed was to firm for us. The room need to have a air freshener because the room had a full scent. It's a good thing I had some disinfect spray with us to spray the whole room down.

The Lady at the desk when we checked in was super nice. My daughter was hungry after her late night ballgame so we stopped in the snack room to get some food. The room and bathroom was very spacious and bed was so comfortable. Really enjoyed this stay

Location was excellent and breakfast was very good and appealing. Staff was so so, but did her job.

Didn’t have enough help. No one to see you before you left. Staff running around doing other things instead of being at the front desk. Breakfast buffet gal didn’t really like her job.

It was clean comfortable & quiet despite ongoing construction. Everything was convenient and breakfast was delicious.

I reserved a King Suite and requested a room with a hot tub because on a previous stay at THIS hotel we had a hot tub. I was told upon arrival that there are no longer hot tubs PERIOD. My room appeared to be a King ROOM, not suite as the bed area was NOT actually separate from the living room area. If both TVs were playing at once, they would overpower each other. That's NOT my idea of a suite. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known there were no hot tubs. It was part of the birthday celebration I got the room for. All in all it was not a bad stay but not at all what I wanted or expected. I paid $300+ for TWO nights in a regular room. That's not a good value.

our room was clean and comfortable. we had a great stay for two nights, the breakfast was great with many options. we are gluten free and found plenty we could have. it was also close to the Interstate and very convenient to food and shopping options.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing upon arrival into our room and they sent someone right up to fix it.

The facilities are a bit dated and could use a renovation, especially the elevator. Elevator is jumpy and doesn't feel safe. Rooms are bland and have no decor.
