Location was excellent for the WPFG. Room was spacious. Toiletries we're really nice.

Given the price, I was shocked to find that self service ordering at the in house Starbucks was for breakfast! Then we were questioned by the server for a voucher, I had to return to reception to enquire, to be advised just order what you like. This is not what I expected from The Sheraton. The swimming pool was also out of use. There were bits under the sofa and not cleaned to a high standard for such a hotel. I was charged an extra $55 for " incidentals" which i wasn't told about when paying. I only noticed when I checked my account, they said it would be refunded in a few days? Given this was a treat for our last night in Alabama, I was disappointed.

Convenient location, friendly staff, cleanliness, good breakfast options, bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was nice and hot with good pressure.

I did not like at all that the temperature in the room could go no lower than 68. That is much too hot for most people. Also, our room view was terrible. I do understand that it was a busy weekend, but we paid almost $1000 for two nights to have a view of the interstate and a roof. Lastly, the parking situation left a lot to be desired. I was basically told that I was on my own and that there was no valet parking or assistance with our luggage or anything like that. For the price we paid that’s unacceptable.

The location was perfect to restaurants and the BJCC..

If your not a Marriott member you'll pay 10 bucks for internet. Parking is 29 bucks and breakfast is an extra cost. I'd say charge a little more and offer these for free. Although I'm a Marriott member so internet was free but for others it's should just be added to the cost of the room. The hotel had a cross walk to the BJCC bit it isn't available apparently to be used.

It has recently under gone a renovation so the property was clean and fresh. The staff was very attentive as well.

The process for purchasing the breakfast buffet was confusing and not communicated very well. You walk in to the lobby and the first thing you see is where the plates and utensils are. Once you start filling your plate then you are told to eat breakfast you must first go all the way down to the coffee shop to purchase it. This old be solved with better signage or allowing for purchases at your table. There was also no option for decaf coffee at breakfast. The food was good but a little pricey at 18.00 per person.

I want to say a special thank you to Landon, Auria, Valerie, Seth, Alyssa, Jessica, Bayu, Rashawn, Jake and the rest of the crew in the & More cafe for taking such good care of me. They had a big job on their hands with the event at the venue and they were superstars!

Went to games at BJCC which was very convenient we went both days. Hotel Anena were connected skywalk all under the roof Parking was great under roof connected

Lots of walking lots lots of space to walk through the directions Not many options to eat no room service could never get in the bar The traffic noise from our room was loud. We were in 1652.

Location and comfort

The coffee employee during the afternoon was extremely rude. Ignored me and kept talking to someone else and cussing the whole time. Made me feel like I was bothering her and only got bottle of coke not even a coffee.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, we were congratulated by all the staff that found out we were on our honeymoon, they answered all our questions with patience. The dining experience in the hotel was 10/10, absolutely wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Difficult at first to find valet, the pool was closed :(

The bed was comfortable. Bottle water was in the room for us. The room was clean.

No ironing board, iron, refrigerator or microwave was in the room. We were disturbed by the noise coming from the construction crew at about 6:20 am.

It was very close to the BJCC, the hotel staff was very nice!!! Valet , the bar staff were excellent also!

I really didn’t have anything major i didn’t like besides waiting on my car when i checked out because valet was so backed up
