More food options on site in summers when university is closed.. A small grill etc

Location is 8 min. walk from UAB Kirklin Clinic. We had a room with a terrace. Our terrace room was just renovated, so yes the room looks fresh, clean, nice linens etc. - But our shower was a serious issue. Hotel Management - please read comment about the shower issue - important to have this fixed a.s.a.p.

The shower only had hot water. Not just hot - it went steaming hot so you cannot shower. Something is installed incorrectly. I did mention it to the front desk but not sure if something is done with this information? This is for sure a liability issue hotel management might want to look into before someone gets hurt.

The rooms were nice, neat & clean. I loved the parking garage. And having direct access to the room from it. My request was honored for the rooms to be next to each other. We loved the pool area. It was neat & clean. The location was perfect & GPS took us straight to it. Overall it was a great visit! The staff were all friendly & helpful.

I wish the price could have been a little lower. And the restaurant was so crowded we couldn't get in to eat breakfast.Other than this we plan to visit again!

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. It was a busy weekend with graduations and other events, however, the staff was gracious enough to hold our reservation when we asked because we were running late. This is our second stay in this hotel but it won't be the last!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The location was good also.

The size of the room was smaller than the one I booked and it didn't have a microwave like it said it would have. The doors to the room are very heavy and a little hard to open and close.

Very clean- convenient location- comfortable- very accommodating- ALL a of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. They even had a shuttle which was a big draw.

Not much you can do about 'city living' - it is what it is with the noise- but - eventually the noise faded as the room was so comfortable for a good nights sleep

I was on the first floor with a balcony unit and after leaving the hospital; I came back to my room and there was a party right outside of my room. I couldn’t open the curtains because there was a bar with staff set up right at my door.

The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable. Also the room has small freezer, microwave. I felt very comfortable and secure during my stance. The room was infront of the main street I enjoyed a nice sight. The personnel very polite and kindly.

The cleanliness can be improved, especially the restroom.

I like the parking building. I like quick response of the staff to correct a problem.

Not bad, but not what I expected The room. I rented was a balcony room. However, there was no furniture on the balcony to relax and enjoy the view. The first morning, I needed to have my toilet plunged, somewhat inconvenient. Day 2, the air went out in the hallway. It was hot. At checkin, I was not informed of status benefits. Thus, I paid for my breakfast the next morning, and it should have been complimentary My breakfast bread was tart as if it was spoiled

Great experience, room was clean and comfortable. Staff provided great customer service. Bathroom was clean and shower was great.

Ice machine on 14th floor was not working properly, but ice was easily available on next floor down. Unfortunately, I forgot to inform front desk. My bad. Hopefully a staff member will read this and get ice machine on 14th floor repaired.
