The staff was great. The room was better than expected with plenty of room and a couch bed. The room is equipped with a large refrigerator, coffee maker, dish washer and real plates, cups and silverware. It was almost like staying at home. Also, I liked staying on the first floor without the hassle of the elevator. Everything about our stay (me and my grandson) was excellent.

The breakfast bar was not exactly as good as I was expecting. Also, I didn't find any splenda sweetner on the coffee bar. That's not a big deal but I used mine I had in my car.

The breakfast was good. Staff member Aaliyah was great. She communicated with me via text from the time I checked in until I left. The fire pit was not lit, so I was bleh about that because I love to sit around a good pit. Great location with lots of places very close by to go and eat/shop. Within 2-5 miles.

I didn't like that no one came or even offered to clean our room. Turns out they only clean them every other day unless you ask them. Didn't find that out until night before check out. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Friendly professional staff. Easy off highway. Clean quiet and comfortable studio. Darkening blinds were wonderful. Bedding comfortable. Hot water in the shower and plenty of towels!

Ongoing noise in bathroom..broken fan?? Thankfully once door was closed, it wasn't an issue to the rest of the studio. Disappointed there was no almond or soy milk option at breakfast. But neither issue a deal breaker. I would stay again!

The room was great, perfect for my family, and close to the fultondale shopping center and food. Second, stay here and would stay again, the room was clean, and plenty of towels, front desk staff were very nice.

The only issue we had was that the people above us were extremely inconsiderate and very loud... so even though the bed and room were very comfortable, the noise prevented sleep. There is not 1 issue with the hotel itself. Just inconsiderate guests ...

Location is great. Rooms could have been cleaner, pillows are awful, and the cleaner they use in the bathroom has a sour smell. Room was nice. Music started playing in the hallway and on the outside speakers starting at 4am, I called front desk thinking it was someone on our floor but in actuality it was the hotels music and it was very loud.

It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk ladies were awesome, and very accommodating, I wanted a top floor room that was quiet and that’s exactly what I got. Very pleasant people 🥰

There was nothing I didn’t like except, when I called the hotel reservations to book it was $507.00 for my stay but when I went through booking.com it was only $376.00 for the same room

The guy with the dreads at the front desk made it feel great to be there as soon as we walked in the door! The room was big and clean! The breakfast was exceptional and it was a GREAT stay !! Would def stay again !!

Beds seemed a little smaller than advertised and was just a little uncomfortable

The staff Raine, was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations concerning navigating the city. The room was comfortable with lots of room to relax on the sofa or lie in bed while watching television. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room to reheat leftovers. The hotel was quiet and in a nice location away from a lot of traffic.

Nothing that I can note; we had a great stay at the hotel.

Continental breakfast didn’t have many options for proteins. The stairway to the second floor was outside the main doors and was open to anyone. Would have liked it to be key access.

The staff was amazing! We had a softball tournament and they allowed us to swim past 8. We got in late every night but was still able to let our team bond!

Everything was good breakfast choice could have been a little better.
