Bed was comfy breakfast was decent but whoever the guest was next door to me is the worst thing I have to say about my stay here that and the fact I had no towels when I checked in. My room phone didn't work it was just for looks apparently and you will not get wifi if you get stuck in one of the rooms at the end of the halls by the way. Back to the towel i went to the front and received one that I had to share between my husband and I. Learned later the man that just checked in on the other side of my room mentioned he didn't have any towels either did housekeeping forget the towels or what's going on with the towel situation? Other than that it was fine.

No towels, No phone in room, Loud guests, ice machines not working, vending machines need restocking,

Nothing it was perfect.

Great place to stay if you're in Birmingham. It's in a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was recently renovated, so it's clean and it's quiet. Maria checked us in and was amazingly awesome! All the staff we interacted with were great. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was really nice and spacious (which is great when traveling with a family). We'd definitely come back again!

Hi i was stayed that hotel i like hotel. Room was clean also bathroom. Staff is very good when i was checking in The receptionist girl i dont know there name but she is very good girl i like there way of talking and very polite and i met morning receptionist girl she’s name is Debbie she is also very good and helpful. I saw always smile on Both Faces. If I’ll come next time Birmingham definitely stay there

We loved the warm atmosphere, professional staff, and overall cleanliness of this hotel. The breakfast was very good and varied. The room and bed were very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant the first night of our stay, and the steak was delicious. We also loved having access to delicious coffee day and night in the room adjacent to the lobby. We can't wait to go back!

It’s the closest hotel to the Birmingham airport, and the price is good. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. The facility and room were worn, but clean and comfortable. The shuttle was excellent.

The ATM in the lobby didn’t work and I had no cash,so I couldn’t tip the maid and shuttle driver.

They were very busy this time. But the rooms were just as clean and well maintained. I stay here before each early flight because I know I can count on a nice night's sleep. The beds and pillows are always soft, comfortable, and clean! Bathrooms are also clean and well maintained.
