I enjoyed feeling safe despite the outer appearance of the building and how the scenery felt a bit too quiet. The beds were comfortable and clean although the room was a bit outdated. You can tell they are making changes with new appliances and decor so the fact that there were no bugs other than an ant from outside gave the room a bonus. I was only there for a night the shower worked fine and soap/towels were provided beforehand. Air worked for a good hot day. Staff was informative and I did receive my deposit back in a timely manner.

Everything was neat, clean, and easy to find. including ample number and kinds of towels. I could park close to my room and could see my vehicle. There were ample pillows on the bed and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was neat and clean as well.

I could hear a man talking on his telephone in front of my room at 3 A.M. This cannot be helped and is not usually the case, I am sure. The person who was supposed to use technology to give me a four o'clock wake-up call apparently was not trained to do so and I did not receive one. Nor did the little radio with alarm work beside the bed. I could have easily missed my 6 AM flight had I not slept light and had a small travel alarm (not really loud enough to wake me up, though..

Only thing I didn’t like was you guys didn’t have breakfast hot or grab in go ☹️ . Also didn’t have a washer or dryer at all I had really needed to wash Lundary mate was close . Coffee was prefect loved it stay was very comfortable in clean

the girl that checked us in was very kind and got us checked in very fast. also was very understanding. we got there close to midnight and our 5 year old had gotten car sick and ended up throwing up on her bed while she was sleeping. I cleaned it up my best but the girl at the front desk said they would take care of it ASAP

the room did have a little bit of a weird smell initially but that did change a little after the air was on for a while but it still had a strange smell. not unclean, just strange like a moldy basement or something. the bathroom also smelled weird too. almost like a smell of a bathroom at a national park.

The friendly staff was amazing. Very clean property. Great AC. I was nervous because I had my 2 kids aged 2-3 and they are autistic and throw loud tantrums. I was scared somebody would complain or we would be kicked out but nothing happened. That was a huge relief. I will definitely stay here again!!!

I didn't like the fact that the app said they had cribs available for free upon request but when I got there and asked I was told they didn't have cribs at all.

The water in the shower could be hotter. I have stayed several times so that is something that could be improved. The elevator is only on the back side. I wish I had known that so I didn't have to carry my things up to the 3rd floor since my room was on the front side.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very welcoming and very friendly.

The place was very nice and in a great location within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do.

The only thing was not having breakfast, other than that nothing wrong with this place at all.

Best room my whole month long trip from texas to NY to NH to Ct to SC and back to texas. Ive been in a lot of hotels but this one is one of the best.

Just a tad off from I-40 but the area is super clean lots of shops close by. If you cant find what your looking for here you're not looking. There is a giant amazon warehouse, im sure if you needed to you land a job and move right in.

WiFi was fine (I was able to work from the hotel); close to the airport; bed, shower and parking was comfortable

Sketchy people with vans around the property. Would be nice if they added continental breakfast to their services
