The staff were nice. They were helpful when we brought to their attention the AC leak in the room that pooled lots of water on the floor.
We had a leak on the floor in our room and had to move to another room. The sofa bed in the other room touched the bed on the inner part of the room, so whoever slept on that side had to step over whoever was on the sofa bed. It's not fun to do in the dark if you have to use the restroom.

The location was perfect for my needs at the hospital. The staff was so nice. They even had Popsicles for my diet.
The beds were a bit hard and kind of hard for my mom to get into. But she's disabled so that's not really your fault

I was able to get an early check in time which worked out great for me! When I arrived Justin and Tonie (may be spelled wrong) were extremely nice and had great smiles, made me feel very welcomed!! The pool was open and I made use of it! Property was clean and taken care of!

Location was everything. Did. It have to travel for the mall and the church we were visiting. The breakfast every morning was delicious. Everything was hot and fresh and I don’t know the employee name, but she was wonderful. Always had a smile on her face.
Well the room we were staying in the bathroom Face bowl the water starting draining real slow.

My phone would not charge in the room. I even brought my own charger and tried every outlet in the room. WiFi was very slow and I gave up. Thank goodness for unlimited data. Had to charge my phone in the car.

Staff was very friendly! We had a issue with the room we were first staying in with the sink pipe dripping, however she changed our room immediately and everything was great! Highly recommend from our own experience!
