Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We needed to extend because of an I’ll family member we were visiting and they were very accommodating.

Left for dinner Saturday and came back to not a single parking space left. Several people with trailers had parked sideways taking up 5 - 7 spaces each. Fortunately we were in a higher clearance vehicle so we just pulled over the curb and parked in the grass. Have never stayed at a place where they let people park like that. I would say if you want a parking spot on the weekends get there early and have food delivered.

Has an outdoor pool. Wish I had arrived earlier so I could have taken advantage of it. The bed sheets and pillows were wonderful…so soft.

For some reason it took quite a bit of time for the front desk person to get me checked in. Not sure why as I had a reservation. I was required to sign some type of damage form and then they charge you $100. If there are no damages they return it to your credit card. I’ve never seen that before. Breakfast was OK. Nothing to write home about.

Definitely exceeded my expectations... !! Greeting when I walked in as great..!! The entire hotel was so very clean and kept up with. The food in the cafeteria was great. Everything about the hotel was just great...!!!

I have no complaints of anything. We have family in the area that we came from Houma Louisiana to visit... and in the future.... this is where we will be staying...!!

Everything met my expectations, staff was courteous, breakfast was as good as a hotel breakfast could be.

There was construction (remodeling) going on, on the floor above and they made some noise but it wasn't long in duration & hotels have to remodel so it wasn't a big deal.

Not enough luggage dollies. Only had 3 and housekeeping had one of those to carry their stuff around. We are advanced in age and don't want to tote multiple bags.

There were times were it was understaffed, which resulted in delayed room cleaning and front desk help.

Breakfast was standard fare...nothing great. A little expensive for a typical 2 star hotel (over 200$ a night)

I loved how spotlessly clean the room and bathroom was.

Front desk personnel tend to be away from the desk too much with a sign left to say they stepped away and will be back. Sometimes the wait for them to return is too long.

Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean. Price was a little high for this level of accommodation.

First hotel we have stayed in that did not have a television remote in the room. Having to go to the front desk was a minor inconvenience and with no channel guide other than the one on the cable made it difficult to find wanted networks. Identifying by station call letters was difficult and pretty useless if you are not familiar with the area. Having a hard copy of station offerings is a much better way to find wanted stations rather than having to scroll through hundreds of channels.
