Breakfast was great, it was hot, and there were plenty of options . Would have like a potato option with hot food, but eggs and sausage and biscuits/gravy were good. The staff was absolutely lovely and got us everything we needed. Check in and check out were so easy.

Didn't like the yuck on our room ceiling , the smell of the 2nd floor was bad, ice machine only on 1st floor, and the elevators were a bit janky. The pb and j bar from 7-11 that was promised over the weekend never happened.

We liked the location. Easy on and off of the highway. Disappointed that no list of nearby restaurants was on hand.

Room needed vacuumed. Desk light did not work leaving that side of the room dark. Ceiling leak to the right of the bed. Someone had put coffee grounds in the coffee maker making it impossible to use in the morning. We left at 4:30 am and had to stop for coffee.

The front desk staff was phenomenal!!! Ms. Boo’s (Tay) was a breath of fresh air and positively made my check in seamless!!! Great ladies at the front desk and the cleaning staff as well throughout the facility!!! Great, safe, clean and exceptionally run hotel! The breakfast was hot, tasty and awesome! The are was very clean and the menu contained a wide variety of meal options.

When we arrived we proceeded to room. The room door was open and room was not made up. Went back to front desk and told desk clerk of the situation. She apologized and upgraded us to a suite. We appreciated that courtesy Breakfast was excellent.

4 floors and only ice maker working was on 3rd floor. That was totally unacceptable to us as we were on 2nd floor. Toilets are too low. Need to be replaced with higher toilets. Furniture in suite was old and worn looking. Hotel definitely needs some updates.

Breakfast burnt chipped tooth on your sausage everything cold. We stay at a lot of IHG this is definitely the worst breakfast and pool was full of green slime. NOT a Hilton hotel

Friendly staff, quiet room, comfortable bed, excellent ac, clean room, well stocked convenience center

Shampoo holder was loose and awkward to use, and fridge was a bit worse for wear but didn’t detract from my experience as both were usable and clean

Breakfast was lovely. Many nice choices and pleasant dining area.

We had some very noisy neighbors that kept us awake slamming doors. Not much the hotel can do about running into rude people sometimes.

Nice variety of breakfast foods, nice moderate temperature in the rooms and very comfortable beds!!

had to request towel service/trash removal, and there is no night light for the bathroom. tub was not non/slip for elderly…. and room had a strong chemical/cleaning product smell. need to address those things.

Loose shower handle. Soap dispenser away from grab handle. A bad of soap would have been better.

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the location was good.

The breakfast was late supposed to be ready by 6:00 it was 6:30. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was cold. They would not clean the room while we were there.
