Every thing was nice. The room was very clean and neat. The restaurant was very good.

The only complaint I have is, I had to argue with the black guy on the evening shift about the free breakfast. We had 4 people, and he would only give me a voucher for 2. I told him my booking.com receipt said free breakfast. Thank goodness I still had my receipt on my phone. He wanted to see it. When I showed it to him, he grudgingly gave me another voucher. The breakfast was $16 per person.

There was an orange stain on the sheet on the foot of the bed. I saw it in the morning and it grossed me out. I went to get my coffee and water from the fridge. They were warm. Fridge wasn’t working. I went to make coffee and that wasn’t working. I moved coffee pot to another plug and it worked. There was an annoying beeping sound coming from the ac. It would have been stifling if I turned it off. I should have requested another room but was exhausted upon arrival.

The property was very clean and maintained. The staff was exceptional! When I arrived the power was out due to storms and the staff was answering all the questions and was extremely professional! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The next morning myself and a couple of others had an early flight and the lady at the front desk ended up taking us to the airport due to the shuttle driver being unexpectedly late. The shuttle driver that picked me up when I returned was also extremely helpful and friendly. I give this hotel and staff a 2 thumbs up and 5 stars! Very very glad I picked this hotel!

Without question it was the staff. I arrived at the hotel at the same moment there was a power outage caused by a storm. Throughout the 3 hour outage the delightful staff at the front desk handled everything with skill, calmness, fun, and personal service. I couldn’t have been more comfortable. Ashley, especially, was delightful. She made me feel at ease and at home. I now truly understand what they mean by southern hospitality!

The hotel is old and shows its age a bit. It was clean, but details like carpet, curtains, and paint could definitely use an update.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. The room was very nice, very clean and all aspects were well kept. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. This hotel features a really nice bar as well as a full service restaurant. The happy hour specials are great and the food was very tasty. All hotel employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Literally the only thing I'd like to mention is that it's time to change out the shower curtain. It is becoming a little worn. Everything else about this hotel is top notch!

The front desk associate (black guy, locs) VERY personal! Made you feel so welcomed! Offered snacks to the kids! He was great!!

The bathrooms could have been cleaner! It was used toiletries and hair leftover throughout. There was a fire alarm at midnight. It was no call or warning to know if it was a test! As I gathered my two small children panicking down the stairs, once we reached the bottom floor, they said it was a false alarm. This was a major inconvenience!

I love the price and that's it's close to the airport and has a shuttle that bring your directly to the hotel. Sometimes I have a car rental, other times I do not.

The room and amenities are all very adequate for the price paid and I like staying there but other colleagues do not like the area because it's fenced in and people are wandering in and out of the parking areas, etc. Just don't feel safe there outside the hotel.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. When I reported that my bathtub backed up I was offered another room. When I declined I was offered a voucher for free breakfast the next morning which was pretty decent. My room was very clean but I noticed a drop ceiling with water stains and I was concerned about mold.

The onsite restaurant menu looked enticing, but the dining space was disappointing--NO atmosphere, except for the outrageously loud music in the bar area, which was so loud we turned around and decided to go out for dinner. Breakfast gets a C-, for rapidly declining quantities of items (with a full hour left until ending time), coupled with spoiled milk, VERY greasy hash browns, and no biscuits/gravy. Plus, we had to go back to the front desk to get our breakfast tickets. At least they had turned the music down to a tolerable level. The nice lady running breakfast was in constant motion, but it was obviously a two-person job, even on a Sunday morning.

I liked how clean the rooms were. The sizing of the room was good for us but would definitely be too small for others. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were going to a concert downtown.

I didn't like how hard it was to understand what the front desk worker was saying. As well as some of the comments she made to me regards to my safety. In terms of the room, it was a little dark even with all the lights on. Other than that, it was great.
