The base price was good. However, the $100 damage deposit o top of that was excessive. This was to cover any damage by your dog (didn't have one) or by smoking (didn't smoke). They assured me that the $100 would be returned IF there was no damage. Hmm.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, clean and organized breakfast area. Location was great for our short trip to Birmingham.
Slight maintenance issues, our bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way, the pool wasn’t open

Breakfast was great wished they served fruit bowls
The door to the pool didn't work to go back in.and the ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work

Great location for our needs. Beds were comfortable.
Our room was humid and stuffy, even with the AC running. The bathroom had a musty/mildewy odor, but no visible mold. The exercise room was also hot and stuffy, and the treadmill was creaky and not smooth to walk on. The breakfast was very minimal.

Love the stay breakfast was good staff was very friendly house keeping was amazing room was very clean hotel smell very good definitely would stay again and give a -10 out of 10 to the staff being amazing at good from desk clerk and the housekeepers are so so sweet I stay for 2 day and they made sure room was nice and clean thank you guys for the present stay for me and my family please keep up the good work this is how u build one good work family You all were great

This property Customer Service is impeccable. I stay three hours away and left something that means so much to me and the staff shipped it to my home!! Meant so much to me!! ❤️

I don’t like how the check in person was rude to my fiancé and other people. But the owner was nice and friendly.

there is no separate switch for the light and fan in bathroom
