The manager went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Our booking wasn't registered properly from booking.com and could have caused us to find another place. Instead, the manager did some research and found the issue. I will forever be grateful to her for doing this. She took a bad situation and made it excellent.

We pulled out the pull out couch and it had dirt and crap off over the mattress cover. I was worried it might be bed bugs. Ugh. Hubby went to front desk and they gave him a new cover and said the cleaning staff was gone for the day. We had to do it our self. That’s what over $200 gets you for the night

Other than that ever else was good. But the fact my child was sleeping there concerned me

Very clean. We were able to check in a little earlier so we could change and be at a shower we came for.

TV was not working in one room and was not repaired on return. They did ask later if we wanted to change rooms but it was 9:30 pm. So the friends did not change. Too much trouble at the time.

Everyone was kind from arrival to departure. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and we didn't have to wait for anything, even when they were busy. We didn't find time for the pool area but it looked very nice. We will definitely be back!!

Location perfect, just off interstate, close to downtown and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is very clean, the rooms spacious and beds comfortable, and parking area close to doors and well lit. The front desk staff and dining area staff exceptional. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and so glad we chose Hampton Inn by Hilton for our visit in Birmingham, AL.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. The rooms were clean with plenty of outlets for the many devices that we all have become accustomed to traveling with. It was a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful location.

The outback got a 74 score when I was heading there, but got upgraded to an 85 on the 4th. Tell them to clean up or your team will put up a warning!!!

Great location off of highway with many food options across the street. Spotlessly clean. Nice sized room with comfy beds and roomy shower.

The beds were real comfort, rooms and spacious to shower was great and we did not have to pay for parking

My day was too short to put anything that I did not like about the property

The facility was very clean, the beds were comfy and all of the staff we encountered spoke to the entire family and was super friendly. Very good breakfast options and I like that it was until 10am.
