The hotel is being remodeled and our room was brand new and it is very nicely done. Several new areas were finished too and were very nice. Our sheets, mattress, and pillows were new and so comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast before we started home. The staff was upbeat, and so nice to us. We enjoyed our stay.

The noise from the construction was unpleasant but understandable. The confusion of trying to book our stay online. We chose a lower price but nothing was honored. It appears there is a set price and that is false advertising. I spent my time researching for nothing.

Room had been updated and was very nice.

Parking. It was raining and we parked near the side door so that we could get in easily, got there and found out it was locked and we were told to buy a sign to go to the front door. Also, the breakfast was very limited. Many things were out and we’re not replenished.

This hotel was 5 star with friendly check in staff who were friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was good. The breakfast was very good with nice selections.

The lady cleaning tables after breakfast was loud and appeared tired and cranky.

the convenience of being right off of 65

#1 - i booked a room with two Q-size beds. the room we were given only had 1 bed. #2 - the breakfast bar was too crowded and not enough space to sit and enjoy. #3 - too loud with kids running up and down the hall after 9pm-1am.

Extra clean, modern, and easy access right off I-65. Convenient to several restaurants and stores nearby. Breakfast offerings were very good for being complimentary.

The pillows were too soft. Would have been better with only half very soft pillows and tge r others firm pillows. Also the mattress was too firm.

The room was great and the breakfast was perfect!

The pool was so small and the AC didnt work that great

It was nice. Definitely worth the money. Everything was on point. Night staff needs to be a little more aware but other than that. Anytime we come to Birmingham this is where we stay.

We've stayed before but love the new remodeling since a year ago. Staff is always great and friendly! And super breakfast too. Thanks so much!

We had to pay $75.00 extra to have our cat in the room. Making our room close to $ 200.00 for one night. I think we will be looking for a better deal next time. Too much!!!
