My stay was ABSOLUTELY pleasant! The Attendant was POLITE & PROFESSIONAL! Room was CLEAN & Breakfast was ok but? Need improvement on quantity of food (Ran out QUICKLY) My advice to the MANAGER is that having a Microwave in the ROOMS would be a big ADVANTAGE because guests would be comfortable eating their on food & won't have to leave their rooms unless they prefer! But EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL! I'll be telling my Constituents about This place👍 for guests who have had UNFAVORABLE results & it's been 1 plus years since you visited? 2025 changes to the facilities are being IMPLEMENTED! I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

A MICROWAVE! MICROWAVE! MACROWAVE!! Not in the rooms! POOR LIGHTING Coming into the facilities! NEED A LARGE LIGHTED BILLBOARD @ THE TRAFFIC LIGHT! HARD TO SEE HOW TO GET TO HOTEL FROM MAIN ROAD

WIFI was fast. I could use a streaming service. A real plus.

The staff were behind a glass partition and were hard to hear/understand. The breakfast buffet was okay including toast and pancakes, but lacked some basics, for me one was butter (not just out, but not offered). There was also milk, but no cereal. And bread only, no English muffins.

It was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were all friendly.

I asked for extra pillows because my husband is disabled and they said they didn't have any. I know they had to have extra, because it was no where near full. Looked like only 10 are so rooms had customers. Other hotels have gave us extra even if it came out of a spare room. It's hard for him to sleep with very little pillows

I have almost lived at this property (almost7 months before)... so I'd say that I liked it... it is convenient to work and more.

I know that ppl bring in roaches... but the property need to control that with extermination... They also need to lift the mattresses and exterminate underneath... I also don't like that they don't offer weekly rates (since ppl stay there more than 1 week at a time).

Staff was friendly. Rooms were decent. Not the best room and it's a little pricey. But the beds were clean and comfortable , they have guests laundry , a pool , breakfast, all the guest facilities work and that alone is rare. I would definitely refer people here and stay here again In the future.

The trespass me because I was sitting in the lobby awaiting my ride and tried to charge me $50 deposit on a room that I had been in a whole week

Bathroom to small an door was hard to close an the key didn’t want to work had to keep going up front to desk an air conditioner didn’t work properly

I like the fact that they still accommodated after my booking was canceled due to my card not having money. Everything was smooth everyone was nice and it was reasonable considering it was classic weekend

I don’t have any complaints

EASY CHECK IN, ROOMS VERY CLEAN, EASY ON AND OFF INTERSTATE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE TRAVELING THROUGH BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA.
