It was very nice and very convenient for our trip.

The valet parking was outside, so our truck was frosty and cold the next morning.

The room and the lobby was clean when we got there

Me and my husband asked for room service twice and we didn’t get it during our stay.. We went down to the lobby to asked for room service to have our room clean we got put on the list.. my husband even asked the house keeping the room service people they told us we was on there list but then when we came back to our room it wasn’t clean! We even had feathers in our sheet the blanket had a hole in it… thats not normal other hotels do better than this… that was unacceptable how feathers was in our bed from the sheet and it made our sleep uncomfortable… an even feathers was sticking to our clothes

The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet with a great view and the water pressure in the shower (on the 9th floor no less) was just AWESOME!!! The breakfast was pretty good as well.

I wasn't too happy about paying for parking. I understand it in downtown hotels that have to outsource parking, but when the hotel owns the parking garage, it just feels like a cash grab. You would be better off offering free parking and just bump the room rates a little.

My room was not properly cleaned after our first night. The sink was dirty and we did not get all towels necessary.

Tylan was OUTSTANDING! His professional yet friendly demeanor was what I needed after a long road trip! I'd come back just to experience him. He was helpful and patient! He is what customer service is! We need to get back to the basics of good manners and communication in customer service! Kudos for having him on your team! The entire Valet team was just as outstanding. They were quick to pull the car around and open the doors. They remembered me and my son from every trip and were genuinely happy to see us. This crew was easy to communicate with! They understand communication and service! Kudos to this team!

Housekeeping was a little behind. It was like pulling teeth to get towels and they were in the next room! A little frustrating!

Parking charge. Elevator for parking, elevator for rooms. Merks was not prepared for a dining customer.

Hotel location is great since it is attached to a full mall with lots of restaurants and other things close by. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for a baseball tournament and the pool was a wonderful way to end our days and the beds were super comfy.

The only negative I can say at all is that there is a daily fee to park but we were able to avoid that by parking at the mall and walking a little further.

Outstanding facility. We stayed 1 night and enjoyed our stay very much.

Pay for parking, which was not shown during reservation process. Found out about that when I checked in. $22 more on top of room, taxes, and fees. (parking could have been even more $) Got to come in thru the basement for my $22. Ingress/egress from basement was a bit of a hassle too. Lift/drop gates were uncooperative in their operation. No explanation from desk previous to attempted entry or exit. Would I stay again? I'd have to think about it.
