We checked in on 9/27/2025 and out the next morning. Desk staff in and out were polite and professional. Location was easy to get to. Continental breakfast was as good as any we’ve ever had. The breakfast attendant was very happy, polite and very attentive to our needs.

The only negatives, the rooms were musky smelling, Odo-ban spray took care of that. The AC wouldn’t set below 67degrees while our family’s room would set to 62, so we didn’t sleep as well due to the temp. We would still stay there again.

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean hotel with up to date amenities including two fairly new washers and dryers, plenty of options in the vending machines. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable (King Suite). The breakfast and the breakfast area was very nice with plenty of selections for everyone, plenty of room to sit and eat and a TV area if you want to catch the news while you have breakfast. I did this two days and the third day the channel was on something I didn't care for. Just get there before the cleaning ladies get to the TV and change the channel to some blabbering talk show. A local news channel in the morning should be a standard, at least while breakfast is being served.

The shower water pressure is terrible. The huge shower heads are so big the pressure drops and just a trickle of water comes out, like a rain water shower head. May I suggest a smaller head to build up pressure so you can wash the soap or shampoo off?

Everything was great except for the shower temperature. It had no warm water. The breakfast was wonderful, though. They actually had real eggs and sausage. It was delicious. The bed was also so comfortable and clean. I always inspect the sheets because some hotels will just make them back up after other guests leave and not change the sheets, but the sheets were clean and smelled really good.

I didn’t like the shower because water kept running on the floor no matter how many towels we put down and my comforter had something on it that I didn’t notice until the next day. I would ask for an extra comforter just in case

Allowed very late check in due to a stop off for dinner. Man at the desk was nice at check in. Room and bed was comfortable and clean.

I didn't like the lack of parking. Also i checked in late and when i called to request a late check out in the morning, i was denied. I have never been denied anywhere, especially being that i offer extra gratuity for the inconvenience. Sad that i may not stY again based on that reason.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable. We had driven a full day and were exhausted. I climbed in bed at 7:00 pm. Fell asleep immediately and did not move until 5:00 am. I awoke well rested and ready for our last day of travel

The location was surrounded by busy vehicles and we had a challenge finding and traveling to a good food option.

We had to get the sheets and blanket for the sofa bed downstairs instead of it being already in the room. The ironing board did not have a cover. One of the lamps by the bed did not work. The guests beside us were EXTREMELY loud, slamming doors, screaming, etc.

The hotel is really good. They have everything you need inside the room: small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (or you can just boil water in that thing), coffee bags, shampoo, hair conditioner and even a body lotion. The room was clean, breakfast was good (many choices for adults and children). My 3 y.o. ate a lot that morning).

WE stayed on the first floor. The room was huge with nice couch!! the beds were comfy and i actually slept all night check in and out was a breeze the price was much cheaper than surrounding hotels in area

Location was a little confusing but nothing we couldnt handle. wish pool would stay open a little later

There isn’t enough parking for the property. You best be there early or you won’t find a parking. We were on the 3rd floor. I was awakened about 1:15 am by the people above us. It sounded like they were having a throw down, very loud. I called front desk and he said give them time they just checked in. The noise continued several more minutes. I want happy!
