I liked that the hotel was very clean and decorated beautifully. The Staff was very nice and helpful. The check-in was easy, the location was great surrounded by many different restaurants, close to malls and the parking was good.

The Breakfast. I was under the impression when I read "Hot Breakfast Included" it meant meats, eggs, oatmeal, grits etc... would be included. There was only waffle and toast for hot and the rest was cereals, yogurt, milk, etc. So I wasn't pleased with the breakfast nor eat any. Either include meats, eggs, and grits with the breakfast when you mention "Hot Breakfast Included" or call it continental breakfast.

Front desk peeps are always super.. place is consistent. Close to everything, but far enough away. Starbucks a quarter mile. Cracker Barrel is a convenient 100 yards away, and a good roll down the hill when finished.., gas stations abound right by 59, grocery stores, Wallyworld.. Harley Davidson next door for potential rides.

Room was VERY clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed talking with staff, they are very friendly and personable. Only complaint I have is that the in room coffee was horrible. That is not enough to change my excellent opinion of the hotel.

The in room coffee tasted terrible.

The power went out bc of a storm but they were very accommodating!

A couple doors down from us a group of people were getting high on weed and it was very strong in our room bc they kept their door open while doing it.

The gentleman who checked us in was genuinely nice and helpful. Room was exactly what we needed for a few hours of respite in our travels.

No negative items found.

Smoking rooms comfortable area

I Made Reservations for someone else to check in but I still had to be there. What was the purpose of me booking for someone else if I still have to be there that defeats the purpose

I appreciate it how nice the staff was. And that's it.

I did not like the room the best was very uncomfortable the room was not very clean spider webs in the corner. The hook was missing off of the bathroom door, so we had to lay our towels around to get them dry. At the end of the day this hotel was not our first choice, where we usually stay was booked this was our last resort. It did the job and we're grateful but we won't be staying there again.

The Man at the front desk when I checked in was amazing. The young lady at the front desk the next day was amazing as well

The breakfast wasn't like the pics that was showed online. There was no sausage and eggs like it showed online. There was waffles and the coffee was delicious

I liked the location. It was quiet and looked good!

The sheets had stains. The toilet had hair on it and the pillowcases looked dingy.

Check in was easy, my keys were ready as soon as I walked in. The front desk clerk was very kind and told me about several restaurants in the area.
