The staff was exceptional! My husband was had two broken feet, and we had extra equipment that we needed to haul in along with suitcases and regular overnight bags. the staff let me park near the back door of the facility to load and unload. The staff also made recommendations on eating establishments within walking distances that were safe for me to go to by myself after dark. They were so nice and friendly. I just can't believe they were so kind and caring for strangers. Just the best!

It was very clean and close to everything I wanted. The staff were all very nice. Shenitha (I’m so sorry if I misspelled her name) was so great at check in and with helping validate the parking. She’s got a great attitude.

Better signage for the parking deck would be helpful, however the staff were super helpful.

Proximity to the concert venue and food was good. Shuttle service was a very nice feature. Room was quiet and cool and roomy. It was probably about 94° outside. Everyone at the front desk was friendly.

There wasn't a full length mirror. The breakfast was nice except for the sausage. I think it's just the type that was used. The woman taking care of the breakfast was working hard to keep the area stocked but she was dealing with a large crowd in a 2.5 hour window.

Springhill Suites was leas than a mile from our event venue, close to restaurants, stadiums and shops. The hotel’s team was welcoming, friendly and flexible making accommodations to locate our group on the same floor close together. Breakfast was good, the pool was nice and the entire stay was great.

There was nothing not to like

The staff was extremely friendly and so accommodating! Info on parking, checkout, breakfast, etc was given in detail at check in. The room was clean and the beds were comfy! We needed a location close to children’s hospital and this was perfect!

Breakfast was full and hot. There were many choices and the dining area was clean. The room was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and quick to respond, and the pool was warm and relaxing. We requested an early check in and the request was honored without hesitation.

The only issue we had was that the shower drained VERY slowly. The water stayed at ankle depth... it was kinda gross. For all of the niceties within the rest of the experience, it was a very odd issue to face.

I’ve stayed here two different times and had a friend in a different room on my last trip, and none of our AC units worked very well. We could not get the AC to adjust in either of the 3 rooms we have been in.

Staff was extra friendly and very help with any questions during our check in and checkout. The room was very clean and very spacious. Exactly what we needed for our little weekend getaway.

The smelly stuff they use to freshen the room was a little strong but nothing unbearable.

Breakfast was good. The staff was exceptionally pleasant.

The pool and fitness room were out of order, and I chose the hotel for the pool. When those issues occur, a notice should be on the website

Competitively priced, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, large rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast was great as well.

Only one elevator was working and the floors were often wet from guests coming back from the pool.
