I loved the room we got the king size bed and the little couch that came with the room and it was sooo nice and the temperature of the room was perfect for me this was my second time staying there definitely coming back in September for a medical visit but over all experience is amazing! Breakfast was really good!! The eggs they served soo fluffy and as far as the hotel it’s a 9/10 definitely recommend this place for a nice relaxing vacation

Unfortunately one thing came to mind I had some food I needed to put in a fridge and it wasn’t working but it was consumed quickly so it was no need for it in the end

I walked into the hotel and was astonished by how clean the room was and how everything was neatly arranged and the bed were extremely comfortable! I only stayed for one night but I enjoyed it very much the only thing I did notice was that it said no smoking in the hotel it said 100% free of smoke but I smelled sooo much weed smell I felt nauseous but other then that that’s the only complaint! I’m extremely satisfied customer! And the staff was absolutely friendly!

This is a solid hotel and I would recommend. I have been a number of recent hotels due to travel ball and I felt it was a great deal. I felt comfortable walking on the floor without my shoes on and never felt unsafe or uncomfortable or annoyed by others in the hotel. The pictures of the hotel were legit as well as the inside was renovated on most floors. Maids didnt come in my room which is fine with me as I would prefer they do not.

I think the breakfast could be better. It was slim.

The room & location.

During our stay, the facility was undergoing some much needed renovations, so kinda messy in the driveway, lobby & halways, which made my wife want to go elsewhere. However, the room itself was on the 4th floor and was very nice and clean, so we stayed. Everything about the room was great except for the noisy AC cycling on & off all night, and no way to make it run steady, but the room was nicely cool all night & the price was definitely right.

Good room access near our car.. Plenty of electrical plugs for phones and devices. Comfortable mattress. Good breakfast. Friendly and pleasant desk staff. Easy drive to Samford University. Restaurants nearby.

All yogurt was sugar-free and had been FROZEN which changed the consistency. Door to room did not block hallway noise, and people talking.

The location is good. The lady who checked me in has very good customer service skills

The room was decent, but the shower looked stained so I put a tower on the shower floor. The toilet seat was super loose they refreshed your room every other day wow I paid for two nights not three so room cleaned only one day. I didn’t feel secure this time people were walking the hallway all night

The door to the unit when it shut seemed like it was on auto hinges that would make it close and if you didn't hold on to it, when it closed, it closed very hard with a bang and you could hear it in your room and was very disturbing.

There needs to be maybe a coffee table or something in the room with the couch. There is no place to set a drink or anything down while you are watching TV. Also the sofa is a little uncomfortable to sit on. Also the coffee maker is too high to use easily and needs more than 1 coffee pod.

Carmen at the front desk was fabulous. The room she chose for us was close to the pet area, which worked for our dogs. We ran short of poop bags and she readily gave us a roll. The breakfast staff were also fabulous, as my wife wanted a hot tea, and the staff somehow made that happen.
