It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. It was safe as well and sound proof. I didn’t hear anything once in the room. The room was very large also.

The water did not get hot. I thought at first it was due to being on the top floor at the end of the hall so I let it run some. It never got hot. The cold shower helped wake me up though!!

Breakfast was alright. I assume some remodeling was going on but it was good.

I didn't like the tub in my room was stopped up. In order to shower I had to bath in the same water as I washed dirt off of me, it filled and I had to stand in my dirty water to clean. This was the same for my husband and two children. Very disappointed with this. Also, there is no ventilation vent in the bathroom. Gets hot in bathroom. There's not even a switch for a vent. I had to open the door to get let some of the built up heat out and stand in my own dirt to shower. I wasn't pleased with that but the lady who check me in was amazing. I forgot her name but she was an African American woman. Such great personality!

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Especially liked the walk in shower.

The restaurant. It took 20 minutes for my wife's order of wings to arrive, then an additional 30 minutes for my burger to arrive. She finished her meal before mine even arrived. No excuse for that since we were the only 2 people in the restaurant. The wings weren't bad but my burger was way overcooked and dried out.

Nice set up nice location food was decent

Bed was most definitely a full size not a queen and it was very hard and uncomfortable after a visit at Dave and busters I forgot ketchup for my food I ask the girl at the for desk did she have access to some cause I had some earlier from the restaurant she told me no and I feel that was untrue

Everything was clean and it smells great 💛🧡🤎🖤

The breakfasts wasn’t how I thought it was going to be.

Clean the staff was friendly the manager in the kitchen was spectacular remind you we checked in while everything was closing because of the ice on the road our food was hot freshly prepared he was so nice and was doing it all by himself never complained service us with a smile will definitely be back

location and how clean it was . The restaurant staff was exceptional from the gentleman at the bar and the sweet lady at breakfast went over and above to make sure we had what we needed .

we got a call at 1130 from the front desk saying they needed another credit card as they didn’t think booking. com gave them the right number .i told her it was already on my statement I was not giving them any credit card numbers . i was sound asleep - thought it was a scam . the gentleman at the desk the next morning gave us breakfast cards for our trouble .

Very clean and quiet.

Location wasn't great for Google Maps. More importantly, I wanted to either have later checkout or extend my stay due to impending storms, but was told by clerk I couldn't, because I used Booking.com. Then I had to call for an email receipt.

the front staff is great

when I come down for breakfast first you hid the food behind a wall and you have a rude person that meet you when you walk in to the dinning room with no hello or any this but you have a ticket when you ask do i need a ticket she keep saying it 3 more time I said no I don't have one do I need one well it 15 dollars first with out seeing the food first pay my 15 and when to see over cooked and burnt bacon over cooked cold eggs and some cereal no milk and this was at 730 in the morning dirty dishes lying and a guy just standing there. and as I watch many of you guest turn away you are wasting food due to you staff. I go to I hop next time.

Check in and out was fast and the staff was very nice and genuinely seemed happy when they spoke to me. Room was very nice, and very clean. I didn’t have time to stay for breakfast but i hope to next time. Keep it going just like that Holiday Inn!!!
