Every day the cleaning service was excellent!!! The trash was taken, clean towels left, and even toilet paper replaced. I was so impressed! Normally I have to make a couple of trips to the desk for toilet paper, but you all were awesome! It's neat, clean, and feels safe. The pool guy was also so sweet! He talked, was so friendly, and made things very comfortable! He made sure we were all doing ok and offered help with anything we needed.

The desk staff was cold and not personal at all, especially the older gentleman who wore a mask and was there at 7 or 8 each morning. Very cold. When asked about the changes from last year's breakfast he answered, "Things change", and nothing else. When we asked if there was more coffee he went and filled it up, but offered no words at all. He seemed bothered by anything we asked or said to him. I miss the waffle/pancake maker!

Easy to get to from 65, friendly staff, easy check in and check out

Room was clean but was in need of so much repair that it didn't feel clean. Need more than one tiny trash can. I get it's a smoking room but repairs can still be made, like the ceiling in the bathroom, it was just bad.

The fact that I had a reservation but still had to stand at front Glass 20 minutes with nobody there finally called motel phone to let it ring 30 times to someone coming out of bathroom to finally check me in . Keep in mind this is at 10:30 at nite ..

well maintained facility. check in was a breeze. staff ensured our needs were met regarding room location and access. recommended a local pub/restaurant nearby that had great food and live entertainment. quick access to the interstate.

I got one weird phone call one night with some random person who knew my name wanting to talk. This made me slightly uncomfortable, but the staff assured me the next morning that no one could get a key to my room so I was OK with that.

The beds were comfy. Nice big pool. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was edible. Room was clean

The breakfast is dine in only. I do prefer to take the kids breakfast back to the room instead of shuttling them all to the breakfast room but thats just nit picking. Would definitely stay here again on future trips

Towels, soaps, coffee and breakfast were much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. Liked the recliner!

Bathroom fixtures were old/in need of replacement/repair but they did all work well we’re clean. Hair dryer did not work.

Wasn’t as clean as it should have been, pool wasn’t kept clean and it was cold. Staff spoke Spanish so no communication was possible

Very clean and I felt safe being a female traveler. Very well lit parking lot. Accommodations were clean and changed daily. I was very impressed.

Room had new soft carpet. Bed was very comfortable. Had a full size leather rocker recliner. I've stayed in days inns in the past but never one this nice. Was very impressed.

Even though breakfast was advertised, it wasn't offered. Said due to covid. Come on people. How long we going to ride this covid train? Let's get on with our lives already.
